I personally love both but if I have to choose one it will be original title track...it til the date gives me goosebumps...

As much as I love both nothing can beat the original track. It connects with me on a personal level coz I can literally feel the pain of AdiYa in that.

both are amazing...

but old track gives me more goosebumps when i imagine adiya scenes in the initial episodes... and zarurat is too relaxing

I love both. Bepannaah pyar hai tumse highlights the pain/insecurities of AdiYa and bepannaah si mohabbat ki hai focuses on their undying love for each other

If one highlights the pain then the other gives homage to their love for each other.
