It's very hard to pick one, but if I had to it will be the moment I realised Mahirji has fallen in love. He experienced something like that for the first time in his life and it was portrayed very accurately by his expressions. Till then it was care and responsibility, after that he crossed over that fine line towards love.
And it was also that moment when my view of behir shifted on its axis.

After jungle pooja, surviving the fall when they reach the hut and he says he never expects anything from people, I could relate to him in the moment. Bela had such a good opportunity to kill him in that scene, she had many chances but this was a golden opportunity. There was no one stopping her, for me this scene showed how pure belas heart must be for her to hesitate to kill a man, whom she assumed to be the murderer. She went against her brain, her own eyes to trust her gut feeling. She had no explanation for this, even to herself but still she followed her gut rather than being impulsive. The most important thing for a person before passing judgment is to remember it's okay if you can't punish a culprit or the punishment gets delayed but never should a innocent get punished. In that scene for me she became naagrani, everything else she can learn with time and experience because she knows moral codes by heart.
