It just shows that these people have a very sick mentality to show a mistress as a good person.

woh apna sa not criticized so much as silsila - in woh apna sa from 1st day itself cvs made it clear wife is negative..

but silsila got criticism because mouli is really nice person and brutally betrayed by bff and husband...but now i think cvs turning her negative to white wash kunal and nandini.
.it is very unfair move from cvs...

Although it cant be justified to have an EMA just because your partner is negative, but in Woh apna sa, the wife was pure evil.
Here even if they turn Mauli in to negative, I am sure she cannot match the evilness of that show's wife.

silsila story is very similar to woh apna sa story...

here is synopsis of woh apna sa story ...

Woh Apna Sa is Zee TV's new Fiction Drama, starting from 23rd Jan. The show will question the meaning of Woh in context with Pati, Patni Aur Woh', and re-establish the word Woh' in a new light. Woh Apna Sa revolves around the lives of 3 people, Aditya ( Sudeep Sahir), Nisha (Riddhi Dogra) & Jhanvi ( Disha Parmar), and Woh played by Jhanvi, will redefine the status of Woh, and make people think whether she is the one who breaks the relationships or gives a new hope to relationships. She will question the fact that does the one who takes the holy 7 pheras & is lawfully and socially the rightful spouse always the right companion or not.

I watched woh apna sa, and I would like to point out that nisha was not only an evil wife, daughter-in-law, but also a mother who was money hungry, she was shown as this even before jhanvi came about in aditya's life, with aditya's family thinking nisha was the ideal daughter-in-law and that their son aditya was living a happy life with nisha, but in actual the family didn't know that aditya was incredibly unhappy with nisha for years due to her dual-face with him and his family, where she would pressurise him to separate from his family, whilst pretending to be goody-goody in front of aditya's family. Aditya actually felt suffocated in his marriage with nisha due to her behaviour. Also arjun and jhanvi never had physical intimacy whilst he was still married to nisha, plus aditya-nisha marriage wasn't even the least bit rosy and happy life mauli-kunal's where nisha was dominating and selfish and aditya felt the need to put up with her because of how his family loved her.

but I also agree nisha being an evil wife, DIL and mother didn't need to be shown to justify arjun wanting to separate from nisha and choose jhanvi, because nisha's dominating, selfish, suffocatingand double-faced attitude would be enough for aditya to be justified to want to divorce her and marry another woman.

Also aditya when the show first started even informed nisha and his own family before he started having any feelings for jhanvi that he had decided to divorce nisha and that for long he was not happy with her, but his family were mad at him and blindly believed nisha rather than understanding aditya, but that was also partly aditya's fault that his family were against the divorce and on nisha's side given that since the start of his marriage he would constantly cover up for nisha in front of his family and never telling them about her behaviour, which helped nisha all those years build a good image for herself in his family's eyes.

Sisila is nothing like woh apna sa.

except mouli is not negative everything is similar --

family supports mouli and against kunal mouli divorce as family thinks its perfect marriage and she if perfect DIL...

if cvs turn mouli negative then everything becomes similar between woh apna sa and silsila...

Well yes these points are correct, except the male lead aditya at least maintained the dignity of the marriage by not having sex with the other woman whilst he was still married, he didn't fall in love with the other woman so soon and that too he wasn't in a perfect marriage with a perfect wife with whom he claimed to love a lot then quickly fall for the other woman the way cheapster kunal did. He never did any of the things kunal did. It's really important to note that if a comparison is going to be made between the two shows, the most important factor, being the husband is paid particular attention to. Aditya and kunal are two very different people and their approach and just about everything to falling in love with another woman despite being already married was very different. Aditya already wanted to divorce nisha before he started having feelings for jhanvi, and his decision to divorce nisha was because of her double-faced behaviour with his family, and no other reason as there was no other girl at this point. Kunal and aditya and their marriages were different and so were many of their situations.
