Pls don't say this i want them to rot. The main reason is neither kunal nor nandhini is able to come out with proper reason as to why they fell in love. Kunal after spending with Mauli like best woman what is the reason for him to develop feelings for a character like Nandhini. It is pure lust and nothing more than that. I have a feeling Kunal would start to have doubt abt Nandhini after marriage and he would always have this doubt lingering in his mind just like how she got attracted to him despite knowing he is married and the husband of his best friend she would any day fall for the other man also. What guarantee does he have that she might settle with Kunal. Or even Nandhin can have the same doubt abt Kunal. So that would bring rift between two. Even we had a glimpse of kunal getting jealous abt Manas.

Now they are not married so everything seems fine. But once they are married these both will start to doubt abt each other and this itself is enough to kill them
