Nandini is the most depressed character I've seen. Abusive marriage, miscarriage and all that do not justify kicking your best friend who was down picking up your broken pieces. But, it was still believable. She saw in Kunal what she never had herself. But what about that tool? What are his reasons to fall out of love from his wife and then fall in love with a total stranger? Lust and a chance to stroke his ego by protecting someone I guess. And for all her faults, Nandini atleast had few scenes showing she realizes what she did to Mauli. (Not commenting on whole pinky promise thing. Like wasn't it an unspoken promise anyways that you won't screw her over!?) But this guy thinks he's doing everyone around him a favor!

He had the audacity to comment about not lying, not stooping any lower, and losing respect for mauli. Ah the hypocricy and the irony! Guess he doesn't need to make sense. Only be his merry self to depict a lot of married males. Treating people around him like shit and expecting support all the same. On the scale of shittiness, 10 being Rajdeep, Kunal is definiteltly nearing 8 himself.

Mauli was so clear that she didn't meet Nandini. And what she would have said/done is between the two of them because she isn't any random woman but her "bestfriend". Did he forget that it was Mauli who helped Nandini get her shit together and start afresh. She was the one who cried for Nandini's pain, and she was the one who despite being cheated on, defended Nandini and himself in front of her friends. He also forgot she was the one taking care of his home, his family while he was out playing lover boy. When he was telling Mauli he loves Nandini, he goes on to say that Nandini organized your birthday party and got you a gift. He's like we both care for ya. Ofcourse we cheated but she worked so hard for your bday party and got you a doll with wings 😆. Now that should count for something! 👏

I just had high expectations that adultery is finally going to be dealt with maturity on Indian TV and show realistically how it effects everyone involved. So far, only Mauli is realistic and I am sure soon she wouldn't be too. I know being a shitty husband is not related how good of a father someone is. But you are right, I'd rather he yearns for a child than see him becoming an unbelievably perfect father after all this.

Something tells me in the future the writers will give more pain and problems to kunal for the way they are showing him right now as to show that he has/ is doing wrong and so in future I'm sure they will show him being punished by karma for everything he has done. Right now he is being selfish and horrid, but his actions will catch up to him in the future. Maybe if kunan marry they'll show kunal in unhappy marriage with nandini and nandini also can't conceive then kunal gets to know about mauli and his child but he will get no rights over the child.
