Marriage During Iddha is not invalid in India...As Per a Delhi High Court Judgment...

But that Judgement was based on the Divorcee Iddha... Even in Quran relaxation for divorce Iddha but definitely not for Widow Iddha...

As per Quran and Shariya Law this is an Invalid Marriage.

Kabeer is a Maulavi... follow the Shariya Laws...

Its Just an irregular Marriage can be regularized after her iddha period.

But Many He have One more Valid Reason to Void the Marriage is that She is a Convict.

So Kabeer in a Tight Spot.

But this Marriage is Invalid. As per UAE Norms...Where Only Shariya Laws pay role... the Place where this Marriage happened was Dubai... KABEER could have very well terminated the wedding there.

Even Lots of Judgement in India Invalidate the Marriages during Iddha ... Later they made that as irregular marriage...And can be regulated after her iddha Period.

Here one important Situation. If Ruksar is pregnant with Humdan Child... Then this Marriage is 100% invalid...As per Indian Law as well.

If Kabeer give this one Night To Ruksar ... Another Grave Mistake by Kabeer... Cannot come out of this mess... Everything would be super complicated.

Then no point in watching this series...DONE

This wedding Happened in UAE... As per UAE norms this is an Invalid wedding. To validate the wedding here again in India lots of norms and procedure has to be followed..

When the Marriage is Invalid in the Place it has happened... Then why this Fuss to validate it or Not... in India...The Point will not arise right...

At this point Kabeer has to Just save that One Night... I mean Ruksar should not put Kabeer in the Zina spot. For spending the Night with him... Because as the Marriage is invalid in Dubai... No Marriage right... Then Clearly Zina...

Ruksar can Get her Nikkha Nama from Dubai Million Times...

Can't Shabz Ahamed Do that in Dubai... and Kabeer Ahamad Do that in Dubai... to get the Invalid Certificate from UAE...

In cases where marriages are being conducted as per Islamic law, a valid UAE residence visa is a must for both bride and groom (in case of non-UAE nationals).

The bride's father or guardian or his attorney, will have to accompany the couple to the Marriage Section of Dubai Court, along with the following documents, as applicable:

Two male Muslim witnesses.
Passports and copies and identification papers for the guardian and witnesses.
Proof of divorce or death certificate of former spouse, if applicable.

In cases where the bride is a Muslim, while her father is non-Muslim, the bride will have to produce a no-objection letter from her embassy in Arabic, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On paying the requisite fee, along with producing the said documents, a UAE marriage license will be granted. However, to authenticate it for validity in your home country, you will have to take it to the Ministry of Justice, and then to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then to your respective embassy or consulate for authentication.

NIKKAH IS EASILY INVALID... GIVING WRONG INFORMATION DURING NIKKAH IS AGAIN INVALID NIKKAH...

THIS WAS DISCUSSED TILL BLOOD MONEY...

PARDONED... BUT IT WAS NOT DISPROVED... I MEAN IT WAS NOT PROVED IN EITHER WAY THAT RUKSAR IS INNOCENT OR SHE DID THE MURDER FOR SELF DEFENSE.

SO SHE IS A CONVICT RIGHT. MAY BE HER PUNISHMENT OF DEATH IS PARDONED..

BUT CRIME IS A CRIME... .. MURDER IS A MURDER ... HOW SHE DIDN'T EVEN GET A MINIMUM PUNISHMENT...

How do you think UAE Shariya Court would validate this wedding. Its and Islamic Country. They Abide by Quran and Strict Shariya Laws.

The Documents Ruksar received On the wedding Days was having section 433A.. She is commuted from Dubai to Lucknow... Under section 433...

Her Death sentence was reduced to Life sentence...She cannot be released from jail before she serving 14 years imprisonment... Normally

I don't know whether CV's randomly used it or they really used it with a reason...

May be Ruksar go to Jail... Actually she should to the asylum and Jail...Why she is out side ... she should be in jail by now...Logically... She was convicted... never proved innocent...

And she may Come back for revenge after 7 yrs or 14yrs...After some time when the show have a leap...

I guess in that it was clearly mentioned as Ruksar Sheik. And Shabaz Got those Papers.. probably.. it was kept as a secret by Shabaz...

As it didn't met any of the Basic Conditions of their Valid Marriage Norms.
