Rebirth of Mauli

In yesterday's episode I feel very strange when mauli suddenly said "Aj vakeyi ek nayi mauli ka janam hua hai than she added Ek Samajdar or Badi mauli ". She was not drunk at that time. Yes I hade seen so much pain in her eyes during that dialogue but why words like nayi mauli?! Mauli was always samajdar not impulsive like this two. I hope that was normal dialogue and no substance in it.
