OK... WE DISCUSSED TOO MUCH ON THE VALIDITY IF THE MARRIAGE...
LETS ANALYSE WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN DUBAI...WHY TIME LINE MISMATCH...
FIRST- TAKING THE TIME LINE WITH OUT MAHA EPISODE...
TILL THEIR MARRIAGE APPROXIMATELY = 56 DAYS... 40 +16 DAYS...
THEN CLEARLY RUKSAR IS THE MURDERER... KILLED HUMDAN AFTER KNOWING ZARA KABEER DIVORCE...
IF WE TAKE THE TIME LINE WITH MAHA EPISODE AND THE RUKSAR STAYING IN THE FRIEND HOUSE... AND HUMDAN DEATH HAPPENED ONLY 40DAYS BACK THEN SOME THING WRONG...SOMEONE ELSE KILLED HUMDAN...DURING RUKSAR HIDE OUT...
WITH MAHA EPISODE ONLY 81 DAYS AFTER RAMADAN...
RAMADAN - BAKRID 70 +5 GRACE +6 DAYS..TILL SHADI..
IF WE ASSUME THAT RUKSAR STAYED IN THE FRIENDS HOUSE FOR 3 MONTHS AGAIN MIS MATCH...
IN THIS 81 DAYS - SHE AT LEAST STAYED IN THE JAIL FOR 16DAYS... SO 65 DAYS Approximately she stayed for 2months in the friend House...Leaving 5 grace days for the Murder
A month has to be deducted in this. Assume Zara divorce happened after Ramadan.
Ruksar killed Humdan few days after Ramadan... May be 1 or 2 days... Then Humdan should have died before Approximately 60 to 65 days ... Roughly... may be I may make a mistake in 1 or 2 days...
So Ruksar Claim of 3 months in a friend house is like 2 months ... (There is malayalam Movie Drishyam ... Ajay devgan Remade that Movie in Hindi... They do a murder and they try to play with tie lime... He instill a Date in everyone's mind to Prove a case in his favor that is what this intelligent Ruksar is doing) 2 months as 3 month...
So there are chances that Humdan could have got injured but didn't die. Later he could have got Killed.

3. IT SHOULD NOT BE LIKE JUSTICE WAS NOT GIVEN TO HUMDAN LIKE NILOFER, SIRAJ & ZARA...
4. ALSO HER STAY WITH AHAMAD'
S BECOME A QUESTION MARK IF SHE IS PROVED KOONGI... IF ITS PROVED THAT SOME ONE ELSE KILLED HAMDAN... THEN SHABAZ CAN SAVE HIS ASS FROM HAMDAN PARENTS... AND CAN GIVE A CHANCE TO RUKSAR... AS SHE IS NOT A MURDERER...
OK LET ME SAY IN WHAT OTHER WAYS THIS MARRIAGE IS INVALID. APART FROM IDDHA.
1. HAMDAN RUKSAR WEDDING HAPPENED IN LUCKNOW. SO THE MARRIAGE DATE OF RUKSAR AND HAMDAN WOULD GIVE THE TIME LINE THAT THE IDDHA WAS NOT COMPLETED.
Assume Hamdan was killed on the same day of Nikkha. Even then there is No Sufficient time.
2. Yes Till the Dubai Destination wedding 81 days from the Ramadan track... Even if they take whole of Ramadan Month 30 days ... then only 3months and 10 days... The Marriage between Ruksar and Handam didnt even complete 3 months and 26 days.. Which She claimed during the Nikkha with the Kazi... Ruksar Did the Forgery there. Wrong information During the Time of Nikkha... Makes the Nikkah Invalid.
3. Even If Ruksar and Hamdan Had Talaq... Only 81 days From the Ramadan... 3 months 10 days of regular Divorce Iddha also not completed...Again Wrong Information.
4. No such Talaq has happened. Because... Farhan Wants to eliminate Ruksar from Hamdan assets...So Ruksar was His Biwi... Also... If the Talaq has happened it has to be registered again to make it Valid... It was not done in either way because Ruksar escape from a situation and was having an hide out...WHILE GOING TO CRUISE... HAMDAN CANT TAKE A NA MEHRAM WITH HIM RIGHT... RUKSAR WOULD BE THERE IN DUBAI AS HAMDAN WIFE AND HIS DEPENDENT VISA... IF TALAQ OR KHULA HAPPENED... SHE BECOMES A NA MEHRAM AND HER DEPENDENT VISA WOULD HAVE GOT CANCELLED...
5. Obviously Widow Iddha Not completed. As Hamdan 40th days was not even completed during the Nikkha.
6. There is another factor in this Kind of Nikkha. This Nikkha was done with a Purpose and Out of Critical Circumstance ... Not in an intention to have a marriage life... In such Nikkha the Groom always have rights to Call the wedding Invalid before consummation... Even if there no such Iddha clause or anything of this kind... Yes this TRUE... in halala case we had this aspect ... an intention is very important in the Nikkha ... here its very clear to save a life not with an intention not having a proper marriage life.
7. It happened in the absence of bride's guardian and the guardian consent. Zeenath was there in the hospital unconscious... Evidence is there...invalid again...May be Zeenath have a Role to play do the redemption... And This Family can Become Layak... for Zara to be there...😛
SO MORE THAN ONE WAY THIS IS AN INVALID MARRIAGE...
