Why is the US version of BB12 so different?

I live in the US but I usually watch episodes on voot.com. Today's episode I was watching on US channels with my family and I noticed it was completely different. So many fights were cut out and I saw they did this with the luxury budget task where they didn't really show many scenes from the task.

That's coz of US and UK rating of television content many fights r cut as India channel wants kinda PG rating .. even sponsored task r edited out
