So Now Supreme court has also given a clean chit 😳

Dr. Deewana has done nothing wrong cheating his wife Mauli by sleeping with nandini. If u r wondering Ye scene kab hua in serial, Well it's Real. MATLAB in Real India. People like kunnu bhaiya got Real freedom🤢

Supreme court today Struck down section 497 Adultery law and released new verdict. " Adultery is not crime" .

So now all married Deewanas are free to sleep with anyone . Also SC said no action will be taken if married man cheats. If wife doesn't want to be with him , she can just take divorce🤢. Action may b taken against only if the wife who is cheated commits suicude🤢

MATLAB mauli jab tak maregi nahi, Kunnu bhaiya hasn't done wrong.

Your topic does not deserve anything else but I am going to try.The court struck down the section that allowed men to file a case against wife's lover,this section btw gave no right to the wife to file any case against husband's mistress.It was unfair to both men and women in different ways.The reasons behind striking down of the section are equality,husbands not being "masters of wives" and the law "denting the individuality" of a woman.

Adultery is just not a criminal offence anymore,nobody is saying that it is not unethical but we can't really club it with other criminal offences.

There was never any law for the wife to sue her husband for cheating on her. It was only for the men to sue their wife's lover under this. Which means only Rajdeep had the power to sue Kunal for adultery. Mauli never had any legal rights to sue Kunal nor Nandini. So lets be glad SC decided that men do not own their wives that they can sue people if they have a relationship with their wives without their consent. Much like woman who never had the right of owning their husbands and just had to bear the pain of watching their husband move on with another woman or cheat on them.

Now man cant claim adultery as a crime which was the case till now

Am upset with adultery but glad that it is no longer a male thing. Now both parties are equal.

Wishing Mauli gives kunal a divorce after the 1 month dida stunt
