I am extremely sorry, I do love your posts and enjoy them immensely and I know this is fun post but that was a very serious dialogue.

It basically showed her state of mind. She is terrified of those women coming back and repeating what they did. So she is just assuring herself that Kunal is just a phone call away, He will definitely come and help her, if needed. Its her way of creating a security blanket around herself, normally a case with trauma victims and that scene was very traumatic.

I dont agree . She may be a trauma victim but everything what she does and says cannot be justified because of that . That was extremely selfish and self centered of her . She just heard that dida had a heart attack but there is no reaction over that . And for dida , she was ready to complete some pooja in toofan , that much nandu cared for her . She can be harrassed anytime , she needs a bodyguard . Kunal cannot stick to her all the time , in normal days also while he is out to earn for them . Her dialogue explains why she was texting him , calling him like mad when the revelation happened. .because she knows kunals family might influence him and he might choose mauli over her under pressure or guilt . This was one moment where she could have shown slight humanity (if she has so much faith in her true love and kunal) instead of the regular i me myself my pain my trauma my needs my desires my love my kunal. The insecurity is visible and this will stay lifelong . She herself asked kunal to go away . Why? So that he tells her nandu nahi nahi hum gande nahi hain .

Her behavior will lead to kunal realizing what he has lost.
