Which outsider 2000's actresses could not enter in BW today?

There were many outsider actresses that entered in BW on the early 2000. Barring Kareena Kapoor and Esha Deol, all the other new actresses were outsiders in the early 2000 but for the last 5 years, almost all the new actresses that enter in BW are star kids and the outsiders actors actresses barely gets any limelight. If any outsider actresses from the early 2000 tried to enter in BW today, who would not able to make it?

I think all of them could've... because they were so beautiful, pretty, mature-looking, pretty, beautiful, hot, gorgeous :p

Kiara is a star kid. Yami's sister is also not an outsider since she entered in BW with Yami's support. Disha entered in BW because of Tiger. So don't know if she is an outsider. Illeana is a popular actress in the south. So she is not completely new. Barring Krithi, Ileana, Yami and Disha, all the other outsiders actresses vanished after doing 1 or 2 movie. I am not saying that outsiders are not entering in BW but they don't get much limelight like the star kids. For the last 2 years, I had only seeing hype for Alia, Shradda, Jhanvi and Sara but media doesn't care much for the outsider actresses and they don't much meaty roles or good movies like the star kids.
