Looks like the first option is the correct one. Since, circumstances didn't favour Zoya this time. All three of them Zoya-Arshad-Aditya are present in the venue and looks like Zoya is going to reject Arshad by not saying qubool hai before Arshad gets the chance to reject Zoya.

Stupid self obsessed Arshad. How come suddenly he sees love in Zoya's eyes for Aditya? Initially he thought it was for him how convenient. I really don't understand that how can a man be so oblivious just because it suits his ego.

Let's see how this plays out because I don't think Arshad is going to act all Mahaan and convince Waseem for Aditya-Zoya marriage. There is going to be a lot of Hungama in the upcoming episodes for sure.
