He could be an adopted one too because he was referring to some Messiah which I think is Ritwik's real Mom.

With all this sautela coming up so many times ...I am secretly wishing that this character is his real brother ...Hope the mom is a good woman and has made money by being a strong willed person without any man ...Maybe the son is negative as he feels that he never got father's love.

We don't know Rithwik's mom side yet. But she was shown leaving for money so let's see why is she brought back now
