Rithwik's voice is husky and especially when he delivers intimate dialogues, natural tone becomes huskier... the makers do not pay attention to this and mix the bgm at the same audio level throughout... the web version is much better

I have also noticed this. Kundra has a very good voice modulation and these Sony ppl spoil it by loud BG music. But in ALTBalaji Balaji we can clearly hear the dialogues. Don't know how. Nowadays I use to watch the episode next day only to hear the dialogues properly.
