2-Mods should be more aware n non biased.Mods don't close many offensive threads filled with bigotry misogynistic attacks etc cz they don't come online often. But sometimes theyllt close threads on some actors cz they either like or dislike the actors. Mods are either absent or biased towards their favs n friends.

3-More filtering of the posts. People here just say anything from wishing acid attack to rape to calling names to religious wars to rampant homophobia. Needs strict monitoring n filtering

But I have seen many instances of members been targeted by the group of people and I have also seen people making comment that they wish that the acid should be thrown at someone and they wish there death . I mean the humanity has gone so low plus there are lots ofbl psychos out here who vent their real life frustration out here. I just want a moderation team to be very strict. I have seen people making really bad posts but still it takes around 10-12 hrs from the MODs to close that topic. And in that time span the damage usually has been done and dusted . Recruit more MOd members who could moderate the forum shift wise so that if any bullying or nonsense posts have been created then that thread should be closed immediately If this is done with proper planning than I'm damn sure that almost half of the forum problems will be gone like air .

While I have not been the victim of cyber bullying myself, I think it's important that this issue be brought to your attention. As a member here, I feel deeply disturbed having witnessed the vicious bullying members are regularly subjected to. Members are relentlessly stalked and harassed for no rhyme or reason, called disgusting names, and as of recently, have even had rape and acid attacks wished on them.

There are no safeguards in place to protect members from such attacks. Moreover, the reporting system is faulty due to the lack of IP filtering, thus allowing members to create multiple ID's and continue the vicious cycle of cyber bullying. Please investigate this matter and implement some proactive measures to better protect members and ensure their safety. There should be some form of I-P filtering to restrict banned members from making multiple account, as well as stricter moderation in forums like the bollywood forum to deter the repeat offenders from continuing their attacks.

A mods needs to look into certain posts as i am seeing various bashing and name calling & repeated comments by few members from few months now. Some members purposely mocking to the point of being ignorant. I do ignore it and report but still i find nothing is happening from Mods or going unanswered for about a month or so now.
