It took 16 episodes for Adi to realize his love

Epi 87 to 103, so similarly, it will take Zoya 16 episodes to realize ie Ep 105 to 121 may be :)
When Adi lashes out at Zoya, she got stuck in the rain and he realized her value.
Something similar should happen to Adi. Maybe she reprimands him for putting Arshad's life in danger, maybe Adi withdraws himself or may get hurt.
Last time when Adi was angry during the false marriage track, he refused to help Zoya. Zoya came to meet him seeking his help.
True love is also about letting go. Adi may give up thinking that Arshad is perfect for Zoya. He may continue doing his jasoos work abt Arshad in the background.

Yes..let zoya take her time..no matter what, we do know what really matters is that finally she and aditya are always meant to be together..

I think anjana might play a role in this, maybe she will do something which will put adi in danger and finally she will realize that how much she loves adi. However adi should actually back off for a while now and give up the thought of confession
