While talking to Vanakamindia, 2.0 director S Shankar said, "Rajinikanth asked me not to publish the teaser at this time when the Kerala people are in a dilemma. So, the Teaser launch ceremony was postponed." He, however, shared that the teaser will be out on September 13, 2018, which is the first day of Ganesh Chaturthi. He added, "Also, 2.O teaser will be released on September 13th, Vinayagar Chaturthi," Shankar said. Well, that's definitely an exciting news for all the fans.
