Guess that actress who joined as King's chachi in her initial interviews mentioned she isn't playing positive character..she is supposed to be greedy and wants her own son to be successful and rich like King.

Chachi may be told soon by King that he isn't married to Pragya and that she is only his manager when she presses them way too much on sharing room / going on second honeymoon / giving younger sibling to Kiara.. 😆 Chachi's behavior & attitude towards employee Pragya & assumed King's wife Pragya obviously won't be similar..😛 she may allege Pragya being characterless and also on keeping an affair with King's competitor Abhi & trying to jeopardize King's career.. (Chachi may be manipulated by evils🥱)

King not having his own family may be Chachi's advantage, Chachi may either nag King to marry one of her relatives girls to get control on his wealth..or to win custody case King himself may decide to get married (either to Pragya or another girl)..apparently custody case also has to be an ego clash between King & Abhi more than Abhi & Pragya. 😳

As you say, @LA2725, if it is going to be more suffering and endless suffering for Pragya till the end, feel like stopping watching KKB now itself, think must return only on its end😭

Guys, call me ignorant😕. But why do we think Abhi can gain custody? Does the law state that the child be handed over to the married parent? Is it because he is a man or is it because he is financially robust? I know our girl won't because of her love or loyalty to Abhi or because she has to suffer no matter what, in this show, but if she recounts all the atrocities she had to face in the hands of the vamps who are an integral part of Abhi's life and the atrocities in the hands of Abhi ( abandoning her never to look back), wouldn't that be grounds for granting Pragya custody of the child? Will the child's wishes be considered in the process? All I know is what I had seen in old movies, so I am not sure if these things are taken into consideration in the custody proceedings in real life.

From my standpoint, if Abhi has last vestiges of conscience left, he will not go after Kiara and bring her into his hell hole😲😭. He should know in the heart of hearts how evil his trophy vomit is. She didn't spare her own child in the womb, why would she spare Abhi, Pragya's child? Unless, he had wiped the slate clean on behalf of the vomit and doesn't believe that she had committed any of the atrocities he very well is aware of😡🤢 I feel this is where he is now, otherwise who could stand being with that vomit after knowing everything about her?😡 I am grossed out looking at him these days.

There is NO logic, science, law, case strength, financial position, marital status, past sufferings or justice that gets genuinely considered in Ekta's fiction world.. this is majorly BT soaps mandate that somehow biological father will have to legally WIN child custody case.. 😛

(some times mother of the child may herself withdraw case due to some hindrances;

or she can let go of kid feeling profusely guilty that she has been unfair hiding kids mere existence from rightful father for many years;

or kid may chose to stay with biological father over fatherly figure;

or mother refuses to legally remarry and disturb another mans future for namesake whom she could never love).. 😳

But many times biological father would be genuinely upset after winning the case, so out of guilty feeling of separating a small kid from mother, he would decide to return custody of child to mother so that she gets back her motive to live...😊 Both mother & child would then pack up to leave the country, where as kid gets sad and wants to stay back in India, thus leading to pre climax of kids track... amount of negativity & violence till climax would depend on how second male leads character gets treated along with other evils, if he has certain strong motive behind giving name & raising another mans child, then he won't easily allow kid to leave him..
