Hello everyone,

I am back again with a Topic. I am not posting many topics on the Forum just because I don't want to discuss about the Episodes and get more angry on certain characters.. but this Topic is really much much needed!

So.. you have read it right. Is Bepannaah actually a successful show for Jennifer Winget? I have read on the Forum abuot this too but no one discussed it.

I want to start with Harshad Chopda right now. I have watched his previous show Dil Se Di Dua.. Saubhagyavati Bhava? and I must say .. his character was good yes. Very good actually! Just like Aditya but his character was more mature and mysterious. He signed the contract and the show went well until the last half of it. He wanted to leave the show to quit the show.. So he did and they ended his character with Raghav's death. He knew the show went too far and made no sense anymore so he left. Even that was a great decision.

I know we must respect people's decisions but is there a problem to point out your thoughts about it? I hope you guys wont take it too serious. I just want to discuss about it.

I know Harshad even was in another show but I never heard about it so I didn't see it. I guess that character was good too but the show itself wasn't that popular. (I really dunno.. I just assume.)

BUT signing this show Bepannaah!! he made a great choice!! Like really!

Now to Jennifer Winget. I have watched every show of hers or atleast the beginning few months or so.😆 But watched Dill Mill Gayye completely after Jennifer's entry! The character makes huge value in the success of an actor and no one can deny this! Riddhima in DMG the character was good actually. Really mature.. sometimes childish.. sometimes cute.. but never soo naive and stupid like Zoya! I am sorry to call her stupid but sometimes she really is! (if you are a Zoya fan please don't go too personal with this!)

Even I have watched Saraswatichandra! Not completely but atleast 5 months.. I don't remember much but still I now few things that her character was too good! a little shy.. even naive.. but still.. mature! Coming to Beyhadh! wow!! that was the best project of hers! Like really! It was really good! She could show her acting skills 100 per cent!! She was showing her mature side too! That she can be acting evil mature too! And hats off to her!! I watched over 6-7 months but quit it again. 😆 Wanna know the reason?😆 The shows went well but couldn't tolerate the male actors.😆 no hate!😆 even not for her 😆 gosh😆

Now coming back to the question. Why do I think like this? It's easy! From the first Episode you can see a childish but yet mature Aditya Hooda! He often made decisions.. he often tried to help people.. he often did wrong decisions right.. by hurting Zoya.. but hey!! come on! What did Zoya do? Like "paakh rishta" etc. 🤢 I know few of you might have forgotten this but I didn't and I will never forget this part of the show! Nope! Zoya is in no way mature.. nor understanding.. nor she learns from her mistakes! See.! She was before with Yash like in her lala land.. didn't know the world. Didn't work and asked for Yash to buy a big house but never asked how he will do that. Never asked how Yash gets all the money.. never asked about anything. I sometimes understood Mahi and her mom (forgot her name).. I don't want to dig further in the story actually. You all know what I mean and have hopefully watched the show before commenting here. So.. the thing is.. I wanted to say is.. the character Jennifer Winget chosen is really the worst of all her projects! I have seen her in other projects too! I love her and her acting skills but here in Bepannaah I only get frustrated and nothing else. I can't start loving the character never!! I have even skipped those Aditya, Zoya, Arshad scenes in last 2 Episodes.. I might even take a break from this show. Even for Aditya I and the actors I can't tolerate this. First, all the justifications about EMA and now that Zoya doesn't even learn from her past and does the same now.. nope.. I never wanted to open a discussions topic coz I knew I would write paragraphs when I ever start writing.😆

Coming back to the Topic. Yes! For Harshad Chopda it is a great project and brings him further in his career! Just look at his Instagram acc.. how many followers he had before and now.. the number of his fans are increasing day by day. I am not saying that Jennifer's fans are decreasing no but not even increasing! I have met many fans (not in real) but everyone knows her already from her other projects but for many people Harshad is a new face in TV but he actually isn't. The show itself is very successful right but it even can be changed very easily and I think they will again change the show after this like after paakh rishta thing they ended the story completely and started new with a leap. Gosh!🤢 which still doesn't make sense.🤢 Don't let me start with that lake scene and before that.🤢 Even Aditya who was the only one who stood against EMA was standing FOR EMA! 🤢 What was that? Picture and ring in the lake? Is that the closure? Like really? 🤢 Zoya knew exactly that Pooja was pregnant with Yash's child but she never like really NEVER felt betrayed but went with the papers happily to Aditya!! Gosh this woman!🤢She only cried while reading the diary and I think only because of their "Love" ended this way with a death! wow! 👏🤢 in real life not everyone can get pregnant that easily and in shows to show cheating they make the girl get pregnant easily!! wow!! well done cv's!! 👍🏼 And was it really needed to show Pooja pregnant for the way of cheating? 🤢🤢🤢 I can't even see AdiYa with the eyes I saw while watching episodes 40-70 or so.. I can't recall any thing what Zoya may have done good to Aditya to deserve him coz right now in my eyes she doesn't deserve him at all and I hope Aditya gets to know about this pregnancy thing and that Zoya knew it and leaves running behind her like a dog.

I guess this length of the Topic is enough for now. I actually never write this long but this Topic was always on my mind and this show is really eating my brain like Zoya, Arshad, Sakshi !!! 🤢🤢 And now they even changed Aditya's character like they do everytime with Zoya! Aditya is now like hobbyless.. his only hobby is running after Zoya and saving her from her made mistakes and decisions. 🤢

Am done now with this show for atleast few months. 🤢 Let me know when it gets better.🤢

I have now come to the conclusion that Zoya was always like this from the beginning , she failed to understand the relationship between a husband and wife. I mean the initial courting period all is okay , when it comes to understanding a man she has failed from the start . I think her character was written and created just like she has been shown in this show. What u feel for Jennifer, I felt for Harshad, seeing him in roles where he is a dynamic business man, obedient son, faithful husband and overall someone whose head is above the shoulders, I was just not able the digest the fact that at 35 he has signed this project. Later on I realised that his character is like this , both are flawed to the extreme . I also watched Behyadh, loved it, thought Jen was overworked . I couldn't tolerate d murders, so left. I don't comment on the male lead bcos there wasn't much to do , it was her show, it was written for Maya. Dmg was long ago, the characters and story was so very different and I think Saraswatichandra was ok till Sanjay Leela Bhansali was involved. Over there too Kumud wasn't Maya and she sort of blended with society.

In India this Sati Savitri kind of role has been enacted for ages, cvs are stirring, adding and seasoning the same concept all over. Nobody knows for how many more mnths this show will last bcos they have already shown Anjana as the murderer. Just like Harshad said if the script is for 15 maybe they will try their best for another six. mnths. Maybe Jennifer will take on a Maya Part 2 after Bepannaah..

As far as Bepannah is concerned, it's time bound .

same here. I am worried that she show might end.. like suddenly they ended the story completely. I hope Anjana isnt the murderer atleast not alone. CV's forget everything suddenly in next Episode. It's like I am watching a new show every episode. FTW??

I thought Bepannaah is not like other shows. it's too different and it was actually! The plot and storyline was too good! They could have written it soo nicely! Like really! They shuold have brought up the murderer already on screen.. They could have let it in mystery but no.. I dont understand why Anjana wuld have killed all of them but ok.. nothing in the show makes any sense for me anymore.. I seee on every Episode mistakes and bloopers.. yes this is ok but sometimes it's really irritates people. BP was a professional show? 😕

And what happened with the other characters in the show? or I hate this lovey dovey scenes between AdiYa. I liked them before the diary drama more..

Liana I watched harshad's very first show lrl. Short role. Then I watched kdmhmd. It was favulous from my pov. Prem was a great son,brother and lover. I love the way he stood for her love and saved her from the harsh world. Then I watched Tere Liye. It was also good. Then I didn't watch his other shows. Currently I am watching BP and it's great for him. For jenny no doubt best project was beyhadh. May be she thought the char was extreme that's why she chose a soft,sweet girl role. I respect her decision

I didn't say that I don't respect her decision. But sometimes people make decisions but afterwards regret it. Maybe she does regret it.. no one knows. But this show is definitely no good for her and her career. It won't bring her further.

Also cinevistas and Jenny have had a long association, so its almost in house , so if she would have had any concerns with her character graph then I'm sure she is capable to voice that.

In my opinion, every character needn't be path breaking but it should give the actor the satisfaction of doing something well and being appreciated by their audience. if the audience is miffed by Zoya's characterization its because of shoddy writing - simple!

I personally feel jenny doesn't give two hoots about fame,insta follower increase etc.. she is already a well established name and all she would really care for is doing good work and continuing to be that... and with this show she got a co actor like harshad who can not only act but also react to her acting prowess with equal ease ..even better at times.. Its a learning curve :)

Maya's character was written so amazingly! But Zoya's very different too. It's the opposite of Maya which I think why Jenny chose it.

Maya was an extreme level amazing, Zoya is totally opposite and it's not like she has been shown as someone very week.

Yash was an idiot to not tell Zoya his problems in my opinion.

We saw how Zoya handled almost everything single-handedly. That was a slap on everyone's face who thought she was too naive to handle the world.

Her story and her character has grown so much. I get you think she was too stupid to go with Arshad and all. But a person can change yes but they'll always carry some parts of their old self.

Zoya's character has experienced so much living in Mumbai now and her naive self to Adi's love? She could be living in denial. It could be to not loose this person, this friend, she loves the most now. Not after how she lost her partner.

For me personally Zoya's character can be very relatable. Something Maya's was not as much~

I don't understand how they want to show her! Are they trying to show her as a smart, mature woman? (cuz sometimes she really is) and sometimes... actually.. most of the times, she is shown dumb/innocent (idk which word fits better).

I questioned her when she didn't understand yash and his worries.

I called her dumb when she said Poosh relationship was "Paakh"

I questioned her when she didn't see "Pooja" engraved on the ring she was wearing for a long time.

I questioned her when she got so many hints from Adi's behavior but she couldn't understand it even though he was her best friend and most importantly EVEN THOUGH SHE KNEW WHAT LOVE FELT LIKE (because she has felt love before and Adi hasn't)

I questioned her when she didn't see the I love you written on the gift that Adi gave her.

Then I came to a conclusion that she lacks the ability to recognize how and what a person feels (Especially when it comes to Yash and Adi)

Sometimes she is sooo smart! and most of the time, she's innocent/dumb...

Jenny is giving justice to her role. She has to act dumb/innocent and she is doing it. Hats off to her acting!

Yes Harshad is gaining a lot of popularity and he deserves it for his hard work and his amazing talent! Jenny has gained over a million followers even since Bepannaah started! so she still has fans coming her way and people are enjoying her work! I agree the character is not well explored but Jenny is doing great work as she is getting a lot of appreciation along with Harshad (every actor wants to work with her according to interviews).

Bepannaah has rewarded both Jenny and Harshad professionally and personally! They're both great actors and are very talented! Their future is bright! :)

I just hope CVs work on Zoya now! Some of the things she does is heights of dumbness and most of the people agree to it!
