Is it really split personality?

if its a case of split personality, then when Pammi was stopping her from going in why did Anand say "Jaane do usey, wo Natasha hai, wo humari bachi nahi hai"!
if Kanya has split eprsonality...then wudnt Natasha be their daughter too?? why did he say that? is she possessed or sumthin?
