Raincoat: Such an underrated gem. Both Ajay & Aish gave their best performance IMO. Ajay certainly deserved a NA for this one, LOBS is so overrated as a performance. But guess it evens out.

I don't know about versatile.

Ajay can't do romance or comedy. He's best suited in Intense dramas or actioniers. Ironically his biggest hits are Rohit Shetty multistarrers where he just has to stand around while the rest of the cast does the heavy lifting.

Him trying to ape Dharmendra in RGV ki Aag is one of the saddest things I've seen in Indian cinema.

I like him in Prakash Jha films like Aparaharan, Gangaajal etc

FYI, he can do romance e.g. Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Dilwale, Vijaypath, Major Saab, Deewane & U Me Aur Tum.

He's a versatile actor.

Overatted? His performance was terrific. It felt like he was playing Bhagat Singh because of his body language, intense eyes and commanding voice. That's why he won National Award.

Is there any good performance in 2002 better than Ajay's acting in Bhagat Singh? NONE
