Arshad's track

Arshad is handsome, a doctor and resembles Yash, three points going for him. I cannot see how he would be wanting Zoya for her $$$ when he has a career that facilitates his pockets. What I did see was the snickering expression on his face when walked away from Aditya after he administered emergency tracheotomy. Clearly Arshad is a pretender and his obvious faked introduction to Aditya highlights his deception. I mean who doesn't know the Hoodas! Arshad already dislikes Aditya so there is going to be more growling between these two alphas .
