Puchki is just a kid she doesn't knows life outside baari and the only thing she knows is Shantanu

We still can't call this a love story

She doesn't even knows baari is a bad place she most probably thinks even beauty as her family member

The love ice start to melting. they have strong inner feeling even in childhood though so after the leap shantanu have rude towards puchki. But shantanus inner heart was always beated for puchki😳
