Question regarding adi & vish

If i m right when adi was in jail , vish visited him & did something on his head which maked his memory delete, after killing yuvi wgen vish was looking at d portrait of all d culprits she made a mark on adi's neck by knife on portrait & said she will give a very painful death 2 him , that mark reflected on adi's neck in real , even he had a mark on his forehead , both marks r missing now.

I'm assuming the naagin powers were all erased when the chudail shrunk him🤣
