Sequence is like this

1) bela asks Mahir to hold her .he faints holding his neck .

2) bela thinks he died and tells to naag guru or vish in phone that Mahir died

3) Mahir wakes up ..bela shocked ..some how they end up in shower and then shower romance and nothing happens to Mahir..u can see bela in shower touching Mahir neck .,nothing happened to him ..that fainting is in previous scene when bela asked Mahir to hug her

Fainting scene pehle ayega ... they r in the same clothes aur wet bhi nhi hai

Fainting scene before shower .if u observe when fainted Mahir is not in wet clothes .in shower scene nothing happened to Mahir.

After this shower scene will bela give him space on bed 😉
