It's not Yuvi nor Mahir. Guess it's Rehan. ACP told to Vish if Yuvi body is found, it can spell trouble for Bela. So I guess Vish be Kuch to gadbad ghotala Kiya hai.

What's the point of being in disguise of police officer then?

If its Rehan then also doubt will be on Bela. But let's see. It's definitely not Mahir

Doubt to hamesha rahega but Yuvi ki body milegi to more trouble 4 Bela. Rehan ke Saath connection prove Karna is tough. And doubt can also go on jamini if Rehan's body is found
