As per naagin serial naagmani can only be touched by suryavanahi males who had that special mark , Varna those naag naagin who had been given permission or had been selected 2 protect naagmani , in season 1 shivanya's parents were selected 2 protect naagmani , rithik can touch naagmani , later shivanya got boon then only she could touch naagmani
In season 2 Shivangi could touch naagmani as she was Suryavanshi naagin & protector of naagmani
But in this season Bela had not been chosen 2 protect naagmani. I hope this track bring out something interesting
