Mahir is already falling 4 Bela , he will never be close 2 vish, Bela herself is falling 4 mahir that's why she is irritated & denying her feelings.

It can only happen if Vish is in bela's form, when there is any romantic scene between Mahir and bela, Vish can fall for Mahir.. like season 1 when shesha was shivanya's form wen there is romantic scene between rithik and shivanya
