Maan woke up to see him in his bed with Shaina smiling at him, he tried hard but could not recall anything from the previous night. "How did I get here, He asked. "Rohan helped me carry you, She said. "Did you..., He tried but she interrupted him. "Maan, I'm getting late and you have a meeting to attend too, She said dodging his question but he wasn't going to let it go that easy. "I asked you something, He said barely controlling his temper now. "And I said you have a meeting and I have a flight what is so hard to get in that, She retorted.
"You are not going anywhere until you answer me Shaina, He marched up to her grabbing her arm. "What are you doing let me go, She said. "You drugged me and you want me to casually take it...what do you want, He said enraged. "I told you what I want but you left me with no other choice, She said.
"So you drugged me...Shaina get one thing very straight if you try such a thing again ...you will see the real Maan Singh Khurana...you have only seen my love not my wrath so better watch it, He threatened leaving her getting ready for office. "And you don't even know that you can't escape my web Maan, She smirked rubbing her arm.
Geet on the other hand prepared breakfast for Daksh. "Darl, I have always told you to leave it to the servants to do all the stuff, He said coming down the stairs. "Daksh, I like to make your favorite dishes at least I can do this much when you come home after long trips, She said again trying to convey her feelings.
"Alright, then let's have it together, He smiled. Geet sat down with him but he knew until he takes the first bite and tell her how is it she won't have her breakfast. "It is delicious, thank you dear, He smiled. "Really, She grinned.
Daksh looked at her face and smiled, it was this child like innocence he fell for...and wanted her all for himself. No one can touch his possessions and Geet was his biggest possession. That is where he went wrong, he never treated Geet like her own being but he deemed her as his possession. "I have come to get a deal, He said. "I'm sure you would get it, She smiled. "It is a deal with one of the topmost companies so I'm counting on it. This venture could help our company a lot, He told. "It is good I hope you do get the deal then, She said.
Maan sat in his office enraged, "How could she do that. He was still in his thoughts when his secretary informed him of the client waiting for him in the conference room. He cleared his thoughts to work and decided to ask Shaina later. "Mr Khanna, sorry to keep you waiting, He apologized for the delay. "It is alright Mr Khurana and call me Daksh, Daksh smiled. "Alright Daksh, I read through the details of your project and I'm really impressed, Maan said. "Thank you Maan, but I think you are more impressive as you at such a young age have managed to take your company to such big heights but why don't you entertain the media, He said. "I like my work speak for me, He smiled. They discussed the project and got the deal final. Both unknown that they will be connected in more than one way now...
Shaina was about to leave for the office when she heard the doorbell. She was shocked when she saw the guests. "Hi, Shaina bhabhi..., A young girl said.
"Dear, I think bhabhiji is not happy to see us, A man said stepping by her side. "What are you doing here, She asked.
"Hmm...what am I doing here after my brother asked me to leave the company, you mean, The man said. "Oh come on Shaina bhabhi or should I say Devika bhabhi or wait should I say Sheena bhabhi ...you have so many names it is hard to address you, right Dev, The girl smirked. "Right Meera, so bhabhiji you honestly thought you got rid of us and I would leave my brother in your hands that easy...it took time but we got some good clues on you, Dev said. "You think Maan would trust you ...he lo..., Shaina retorted. "Loves you, really ...you just imposed yourself on him and I know my brother he is just angry but once he gets to know what you did or are doing, you will be kicked out by him, Dev said. "What do you want, She asked. "Like always we want you out of his life and I will make sure that dirt like you get what you deserve so my brother can be free and happy, He said before leaving. Shaina knew she had to implement her plan soon, she called someone and smirked, "Perfect, you are late Dev, you were not able to save your brother then and you won't now.
"Dev, I think she has done something, Meera said once they were in their car. "We must find more clues to her real identity...bro is caught up in this web for three years, Dadi and Anvesha got to know about her so she killed them and bro was too much blinded by her lies to see the truth..., He said. "Dev we must do something before her plan is successful, Meera said. "Yes Meera, we must help bro at any cost, He said. "Dev, wait ...is that Maan with another lady ??, Meera said pointing in a certain direction. Dev stopped the car and looked back to see Maan smiling with a woman. Dev could see his brother looking happy, the happiness he never saw on his face in the years he has been with his so called wife. "It looks like Bro has finally found love, He said. "What do you mean, Meera said. "Nothing, now I'm more confident we can get him out of Shaina's clutches, He smiled driving away.
Maan was sitting with Geet in a coffee shop. Daksh had gone again after signing the deal on another business trip leaving Geet again to pine for his love. She received Maan's call and now she was with him. He knew how to make her happy only talking to him for a while made her day bright, she knew she fell for this man but she also knew cheating Daksh was wrong. She only wanted Daksh to sit with her like this and chat about anything and everything, she even communicated her wishes to him but he always preferred work over her. "So Geet ready for our trip, Maan asked. "Yes, it will be good to take sometime off from work,She smiled. "Great then, meet me at 10 tomorrow at the airport, He smiled. "Sure, She said.
Geet was about to go when she heard a voice and shuddered, "Geet is it you. She turned around to find her brother and sister in law there. "Bhaiya, bhabhi what are you guys doing here, She smiled nervously but her brother had a sharp eye and looked at the man with her."We were here for a break but you off work that is strange as both of you brother and sister are boring workaholics, Her bhabhi pouted. "Come on Rhea not again, I did leave my work right, Her brother Pratham complained. "So you with a friend we see, good to see you making friends, Rhea said. "Bhabhi ...I.., before she could complete her brother interrupted. "Rhea they are getting late, Geet do drop by at your own house sometimes we miss you, Pratham said. "I will come by evening today, She said knowing her brother wanted answers.
She went to her house in the evening, she hardly visited her house after marriage as she couldn't when Daksh was around. He wouldn't let her contact them making it more suffocating for her in his cage of love. She looked around, nothing much changed but still too much did. She entered her home and was greeted by her cute nephew, Arav. "Mommy, daddy, bua is here, He yelled before running towards her. "Bua you forgot me, He complained. "No dear, how could I forget my little angel, She smiled. "Arav is right Geet, you did forget us...you had to be invited to come to your own house today, Her brother said. "Now, now stop it you two, come on Geet, I prepared your favorite dishes, as I know you have come here directly from work right, Rhea smiled.
They loved Geet but they knew her husband who would even threaten them sometimes not to meet her but they missed her. "Arav, go upstairs dear, won't you get your new toys to show Bua, Partham said. "Yes Daddy, I will bring them right away, Arav said. She had all her favorite dishes after long, she even forgot she had any likes and this bought tears to her eyes. "Geet, is something wrong, here have some water, Her bhabhi said worried. "No bhabhi its just that I missed your cooking, She said. "Geet...what relation do you have with that man we met in the afternoon, Her brother asked not wanting to beat around the bush. "We know he is not your friend, Rhea said. "H..He...I mean he is.., She was at a loss of words never wanting to lie to her family. "Your Lover right, Her brother said shocking her.
"I...I'm sorry bhai, I didn't mean to cheat on Daksh but with him I feel free ...I feel happy, She confessed. "Geet...to tell you the truth even at the time of your marriage, I was not in favor of Daksh, don't get me wrong but his possessiveness towards you scares me...It is like he is hiding something more too...I don't feel comfortable with him, Her brother said. "The new guy, do you know about him or does he know about you, Rhea asked. "I just know he is a businessman, and he too know nothing about me except I run an interior designing shop, She said.
"He is a businessman right, not just any businessman but the best of them, Maan Singh Khurana, people have months of appointments before they get to meet him...no one knows of his private life so I was worried ..., Pratham said. "How did you meet him, Rhea asked. "At a pub, She said. "Geet...we are just worried, Maan is a dangerous name in the business world and so is your husband...you should be careful before you carry on this relation...you both should try to know more about each other...specially you should know...or both of you will be burnt down to ashes in this forbidden fire, Pratham warned his baby sister. He knew about Maan but the fact that his marital status and rest of the things being unknown to the world was making him worry more, he just prayed that this time his sister is not hurt.
"Geet, She turned around to find Maan waving at her. They were now at the airport to board their flight to Rome. "You are late, She said. "I'm sorry was stuck in the traffic, He smiled. "So all set to go, He asked and she nodded. They boarded the plane and they were now flying to Rome. Geet forgot her brother's warning and let herself enjoy this trip. Maan on the other hand had now grown suspicious of Shaina. He had now thought to hire a detective to investigate her. He was unaware of the web she has caught him in. He looked at Geet who had a child like curiosity in her eyes. "First time going to another country, He asked. "No...but I don't exactly recall the last time I boarded a plane, She said. "Why is that so, He asked. "Umm...its nothing leave it...was busy with work and all, She said. "If there is anything you want to share you can tell me freely, I think we still have a lot to know about each other, anyway for now let us enjoy our trip, He smiled. She nodded looking out of the window, both unknown to what the future had in store for them.
