Ayesha nods and hugs her giving her the much needed support.
Both comes out and arranges the table. After lunch
Rathod:Arjun Riya agle hafte hamari anniversary hai tum dono ko zarur aana hai.
Arjun:Par Rathod..
Ayesha:Nahi sir koi bahana nahi..mujhe parties pasand nahi..shor pasand nahi..koi bahana nahi..aap dono aana hi hoga.
After lot of arguement Ariya agrees. Samsha leaves after sometime. Now Ariya were alone at home. Both were feeling awkward.
Arjun:Umm Riya..
Riya:Ji..
Arjun:Tum thodi der araam karlo..thak gayi hogi..
Riya:Nahi mai nahi thaki..mujhe adat hai itna kaam karne ki..aap bhul gaye kaise mai sara kaam fatafat kar deti thi Roshni ke saath.
She stops suddnly realizing what she said. She looks at Arjun who was trying hard to control his tears.
Riya:I..i am..sorry..wo mai..
Arjun:Nahi Riya don't he sorry..tumhari best friend thi Roshni..apne gham mai ye bhi bhul gaya ki tumhe kitna khalipan mehsoos hota hoga uske bina..aur tum chaho to mujhse share kar sakti ho apna dard..apni khushi ya jo kuch bhi tum feel kar rahi ho.
Riya nods slightly.
Riya:Aapko pata hai Roshni ne aapko pehli baar kab dekha..
Arjun(smiles):Haan mere dost ki shadi thi aur coincidently wo tum dono ka bhi dost tha..
Riya:Nahi..uss din to wo aapse mili thi..dekha kisi aur din tha..
Arjun(surprised):Kya!
Riya(nods while smiling):Haan..usne aapko first time ek mall me dekha tha jab aap ek admi ka peecha kar rahe the..
Flashback
(Consider Riya is telling this to Arjun)
Riya and Roshni were doing shopping in a mall. Suddenly Roshni saw Arjun was queitly chasing a man. She nudges Riya.
Roshni:Ri dekh na wo admi chup chupke uska peecha ka raha hai..mujhe wo kuch thik nahi lag raha..
Riya:Rosh tu kya inn sab me pad gayi..yahan se chal nahi to hum phans jayenge..
Roshni agrees. After sometime Riya saw gun at Arjun's back.
Riya(mv):Iska matlab ye ek police wala hai..
A naughty idea pops in her mind.
Riya(nudging Roshni):Rosh wo dekh..uss admi ke paas gun hai..
Roahni gets shocked and sees in direction of Arjun.
Roshni:Ri hume police bata dena chahiye..
Riya:Haan..ek kaam kar tu police ko phone kar..
Roshni nods and quickly calls police. After sometime police comes there.
Police(to Roshni):Kya hua madam..
Roshni:Ji maine ek admi ko gun ke saath dekha hai aur wo kisi admi ka peecha bhi kar raha tha..mujhe lagta hai wo use maarne ke irade se aya tha..
Police:Kya! Madam aap dikha sakti hain wo kahan hai.
Roshni nods. Riya makes and excuse and leaves from there. Roshni points towards Arjun.
Police:Madam aapko pakka yakeen hai ki ye wahi hai.
Roshni nods.
Police:Aap janti hain ye kaun hai.
Roshni nods in no confusingly.
Police:ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte.
Roshni was shocked to hear this.
Roshni:Kya!!
Police:Ji..ek min.
That constable goes and salutes Arjun. Roshni seeing the chance leaves from there. Constable tells everything to Arjun and he starts laughing.
Arjun:Koi baat nahi..kisi se bhi ye galti ho sakti hai..waise hai kahan wo jisne complaint ki..
Police:Ji ye rahi..
But she was not there.
Arjun:Lagta hai dar ke bhaag gayi..koi baat nahi..wo admi to ab nahi bach sakta..chalo..
They also leaves.
Flashback ends.
Arjun was laughing hearing this.
Arjun:To wo Roshni thi.
Riya:Haan..mujhe uske saath ye prank karne me bahut maza aata tha..par ab..she gets teary.
Arjun(trying to change her mood):Waise Riya iske baad kya hua..Roshni ne tumhara kya kiya..
Riya:Kya kiya hoga..thoda bahut chillayi mujhpe par mai bhi kahan sunne wali thi.. shaitan jo thi sabse zyada..aapko pata hai Roshni na mujhse 2 saal badi hai..aur apne se bado pe prank karke aur maza aata hai.
Arjun:Haan sahi kaha..
They talk for sometime. Soon it was dinner time. Arjun was sitting at dining table waiting for food. Suddenly he hears Riya's voice. He quickly runs to kitchen.
He sees her hand got burnt little. He quickly comes and puts her hand under cold water.
Arjun:Riya ye kaise hua..
Riya:Wo mai sabzi garam kar rahi thi aur garam bartan ko chu liya bina dekhe.
Arjun shakes his head in disbelief.
Arjun:Abhi bhi itni careless ho..ye adat kabhi nahi badlegi tumhari.
Riya smiles sheepishly. Suddenly she gets lost in memory lane.
Flashback
Riya:Ahh..
Riya was shouting and crying in pain but no one was there to reduce her pain or to take her somewhere where pain is miles away from her. Anay was burning her hand by keeping it on gas.
Anay(shouting):Aaj ke baad khane me kabhi namak dalna nahi bhoologi tum.
Riya(crying and shouting):Ahh..ahh..mujhe maaf kar do..galti se ho gaya..ahh..
Anay:Aaj ke baad ye galti kabhi nahi hogi tumse..
He leaves her hand with a jerk and leaves. Riya quickly puts her hand under cold water.
She comes out of trance when she feels icepack on her wound.
Arjun:ab kaisa lag raha hai Riya.
Riya:Ye ghav to bhar jayega par ateet ka ghav kabhi nahi bharega.
Arjun realises Anay must have done something which made her remember her past.
Arjun:Riya tum araam kar lo thodi der.
Riya:Par apka khana..
Arjun:Mai khud garam karke kha lunga..tum fresh ho jao mai tumhara khana bhi andar le aata hu.
Riya nods. Arjun heats the food and serves in two plates and goes to his room where Riya was sitting and thinking something.
Flashback
Riya meets Roshni at her house after one month of her marriage. Arjun was not at home he was in ETF. Roshni being a psycatrist easily notices that Riya is in pain. There were dark circles under her eyes like she didn't slept properly for months. There were many bruises on her hand which she tried to hide by makeup but failed.
Roshni(keeping her hand on her one cheek carefully not to hurt her):Kya haal bana rakha hai apna Riya..kya hua tu thik nahi lag rahi.
Riya hugs Roshni tightly and starts crying making her shocked.
Roahni(patting her back):Kya hua Ri ro kyu rahi hai..Anay ne kuch kaha..
Hearing this she cries more louder and was shivering with fear. Roshni forcefully parts the hug and makes her look in her eyes.
Roshni:Shant ho ja Ri..yahan mai hu aur koi nahi..na yahan koi aa sakta aur na hi tujhe nuksan pahuncha sakta..ab bata kya hua.
Riya tells everything to Roshni..how Anay misbehaved with her on their first night itself..how he treats her..even worst than a maid..how he order her like she is not his wifr but a caretaker of his house..
Riya(crying):Maine kitne sapne dekhe the ki tumhari tarah ek hasi khushi zindagi hogi par mere saare sapne toot gaye..pata nahi aisa kya kiya maine jo mujhe ye saza mili.
Roshni too was having tears in her eyes. She never imagined she have to see tears in those lively and bubbly chirpy eyes one day. Those eyes which reveals her happiness will be gloomy,sad and fear stricken.
Roshni:Riya tujhe Anay ke khilaf complaint karni chahiye..tu Arjun se baat kar wo teri madad zarur karenge..
Riya:Par mai aise kaise..
Roshni:Please Riya..ye abla naari ki tarah behave mat kar...mera pati hai wo..uske khilaf kaise complaint karu and all that rubbish..tujhe apne haq ke liye ladna hoga..
Riya:Nahi mai peeche nahi hatungi par tujhe lagta hai use saza hogi..uske maa baap itne ameer hain wo police ko khareed ke use jail se nikalwa lenge.
Roshni falls in thinking and decides to talk to Arjun about this.
Flashbakc ends.
Arjun calls Riya who was remembering this bitter memory.
Arjun:Riya..
Riya:Haan..wo sorry mai..
Arjun:Its ok..ye lo khana khalo..
Riya nods. After having dinner they sleeps.
At midnight
Riya was having nightmare of her past and in fear she holds Arjun's hand. Her eyes were still closed. She was sweating profusely. But due to her holding his hand Arjun wakes up. He sees Riya sweating.
Arjun(mv):Riya zarur wo sab yaad kar rahi hogi..mujhe jitna ho sake Riya ke saath rehna chahiye..use support ki zarurat hai..
Arjun holds her hand tightly as if supporting her and sleeps.
Next morning
Riya's hand was better now but it was still paining. Arjun made breakfast for both. Riya gets sirprised seeing this.
Riya:Arjun aapne kyu banaya mai bana deti.
Arjun:Tumhare haath me lagi hui hai Riya.. its ok aaj maine bana diya to..
Riya:Thik hai par kal mai banaungi.
Arjun nods and leaves for ETF.
All were at crime scene. A man has killed his wife for dowry.
Rathod(angry):Sharam aani chahiye tumhe.. kuch paison ke liye apki patni ko maar diya.. ek baar bhi nahi socha ki wo tumse kitna pyar karti hai..uske bhi kuch sapne honge iss shadi ko lekar..apne paison ki bhookh ke mitane ke liye iss hadh tak gir gaye..
Ayesha:Aise logon ko samjhane ka koi fayda nahi Sameer..inhe sirf paisa dikhta hai aur apni patni ko control karna jante hain..pyar ki bhasha inhe samajh nahi aati..
Arjun:Le jao ise..i will make sure tumhe fansi ho kyunki tum jaise log iss dharti pe bojh ho.
That man gets scared hearing this.All leaves from there and goes to ETF.
In ETF
It was lunch time. Ayesha was in Rathod's cabin.
Ayesha:Mujhe Riya aur sir ke liye bahut bura lag raha hai..kash hum kuch kar sakte..
Rathod:Abhi nahi Ayesha..abhi humara interfere karna thik nahi hoga..in dono ki achanak shadi hui aur zindagi puri tarah badal gayi..jo Arjun kal Riya ka jiju tha wo aaj uska pati hai..uski zindagi me itna bada badlav aya hai..
They need time..in dono ko apni nayi zindagi ko accept karne ke liye samay chahiye..kam se kam ye itna to samajhte hain ki inhe ek dusre ko support karna hai..ek koshish karne ko tayar hain ye dono aur hume inhe support karna chahiye.
Ayesha:Aap ne sahi kaha Sameer..agar inhe realise nahi hua to hi hum kuch karenge.. aaj Arjun sir ne jo Vikram(guilty) ko kaha wo unka Anay pe gussa tha..unhone Riya ko insaf to dila diya par abhi bhi ghav bharna baki hai..jo ki ye dono ek dusre ka support bankar kar sakte hain.
Rathod:Haan..humne un dono ko apni anniversary party me bulakar sahi kiya..inhe waqt milega ek dusre ke saath..ek dusre ko samjhenge aur achhe se janenge.
Ayesha nods in agreement. Like this the days ends. All retires to their home. It was very late night when Arjun came home.
Arjun's Home
Arjun sees Riya sleeping on couch while waiting for him. Arjun shakes his head in disbelief and gets lost in memory lane.
Flashback
Arjun came late at night. He sees Roshni was sleeping while waiting for him. He picks her in hsi arms and takes her to their room. Due to this she wakes up.
Roshni(sleepy tone):Arre tum aa gaye Arjun.. tum fresh ho jao mai khana lagati hu.
She was about to stand up but he didn't let her go.
Arjun:Aap baithiye Roshni madam..aaj dinner mai serve karunga.
Roshni:Lekin..
Arjun:Kuch lekin nahi..tum thak gayi hogi na mera intezar karte karte isiliye tum baitho mai karta hu..
Roshni smiles and nods. Arjun goes to kitchen and serves the food to both.
Flashback ends.
Arjun(mv):Ek jaise hain dono..
Arjun smiles lightly and goes to kitchen and heats the food. Due to commotion Riya wakes up. She sees kitchen light on and goes there.
Riya(sleepy tone):Arjun aap kab aye..mujhe utha dete..mai khana lagati hu aap fresh ho jaiye..
Arjun:Riya mai..
Riya:Nahi aap nahi karenge..maine kaha tha na subah mai karungi ab jaiye.
Arjun nods and goes to get fresh. After dinner they sleeps.
Like this one week passes. Today is Samsha's anniversary.
Arjun:Riya mai 8 baje tak aa jaunga..tum tayar rehna..
Riya:Ji.
Arjun leaves for ETF.
In ETF
All wish Samsha.
Rathod:Aaj aap sabko aana hai..don't be late.
All nods and goes to do their respective work.
Arjun(hugs Rathod and Ayesha):Happy anniversary Sam and Ayesha.
Samaha:Thanks Juno/sir..
Rathod:Aaj aa raha hai na shaam ko.
Arjun:Haan aa raha hu mai..chodne wala hai kya tu agar nahi aya to.
Ayesha:Sir Ri bhi aa rahi hai na..
Arjun:Haan Riya bhi aa rahi hai..wo akele kya karegi ghar pe.
Rathod:Haan par tujhe jhelna bhi asaan kaam nahi hai na.
Arjun glares him and he giggles.
Ayesha:Sameer aapko bhi asaan nahi hai.. mai janti hu na kaise aapko ek saal se jhelti aa rahi hu.
Now it was Arjun's turn to giggle. Rathod makes puppy face and Ayesha too giggles seeing him like this.
They gets a case which they solves till evening. Samsha have already left early. Later Arjun too leaves after finishing the work.
Arjun's home
Arjun comes home and sees Riya was wearing a red evening gown and was looking stunning. It was three-fourth sleeve with silver stones enhancing its beauty. She had applies mininal makeup and was looking beautiful. Arjun was dumbstruck seeing her. He remembers something.
Flashback
It was college reunion of Riya and Roshni. Arjun too was invited since he is Roshni's husband. Roshni called Riya at her place to get ready. It was tike to leave but Riya was still getting ready.
Arjun:Riya jaldi karo hume late ho raha hai.
Riya:Ayi jiju..
Riya comes out after sometime. Arjun was surprised to see her. Riya see this.
Riya(teasing smile):Kya hua jiju..Rosh se mann bhar gaya kya jo mujhe aise ghoor rahe ho.
Riya and Roshni giggles.
Arjun(coming out of trance):Nahi mai bas ye dekh raha tha ki tum kitni modern aur alag ho Riya..maine socha tum bhi Rosh ki tarah short dress hi pehenogi par tumne to gown pehna hai..
Roshni:Sahi kaha Arjun Ri sabse alag hai tabhi to gown pehna hai..wahan sab short dress hi pehenke ayenge..dekh lena..
Riya:Jiju ye Rosh na kahani bana rahi hai.. (Roshni pouts and Riya giggles)..actually mai comfortable nahi hu chote kapdo me isiliye nahi pehenti..janti hu aap hairan ho ye janke par..
Arjun:Nahi isme hairani ki koi baat nahi hai.. sabki apni choice hai..
Riya smiles and nods.
Flashback ends
Riya:Arjun chale..hume der ho rahi hai..
Arjun nods. He quickly gets fresh and they leaves for the party.
