promotional spree for his upcoming release.
Mulk is a court drama in which a family
fights for its honour. The family is being
dragged into controversy as their son
(Prateik Babbar) is a terrorist.
Recently, during promotions, Rishi Kapoor
talked about brotherhood and its
importance in the country. The Kapoor &
Sons actor said, "Brotherhood is needed the
most to end communal violence in India."
He further questioned, "If North Korea and
America can solve their dispute, then why
can't India and Pakistan?"
In Mulk, Taapsee Pannu plays the lawyer
who fights for Rishi Kapoor and his family
against the accusations made on them. The
film is slated to release on .
Meanwhile, Rishi Kapoor recently said in an
interview to Mid Day that he wants to see
his son Ranbir Kapoor married. Kapoor said
that Ranbir can marry anyone of his choice
and the family has no objection to him. He
even stated that he wants to spend time
with his grandchildren.
Rishi Kapoor even revealed that Neetu
Kapoor keeps bringing up the topic of
marriage with Ranbir Kapoor and he keeps
brushing away the question.
Talking about Ranbir, the actor is dating his
Brahmastra co-star Alia Bhatt. They fell in
love while they were shooting for their film
in Bulgaria last year. Ranbir allegedly asked
out Alia during the New Year's Eve last year.
Ranbir and Alia have been spotted several
times spending time with each others family
members. Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor's
social media banter is unnoticeable.
When Rishi Kapoor was asked about Ranbir
and Alia's relationship he said that everyone
knows whatever is the truth and he doesn't
need to say anything more.
