A Mirror shows the reflection of one's self...how the person looks,how the person feels,how the person IS!
For the past 6 months,He has been looking at his reflection as the world sees him...
A selfish,careless man who only cares about himself. Someone who is oblivious to the problems of people near him,blind to the pain his dearest go through!!
A man who is immature,who is incapable of handling any substantial or important issue.
A man who is irresponsible to the extent that he can wither under the burden of his own child!!
A man who looks at life through rose tinted glasses and foolishly ignores the thorns that come with it!
A man who cannot give happiness to his wife,his best friend!
Thats the man he has been seeing since that day..the Man he doesn't like,the man he does not want to be!
Today also he stands in front of the mirror and sees the same man!
Until!
There is another voice, another face that speaks otherwise!
Zoya tells the world that he is not that man,but another one altogether!
He is the one who gives HER courage to face all the challenges,
who gives HER strength to battle out her fears,
Who is HER inspiration to do better in life,
Who is RESPONSIBLE to make her believe in herself!
a man who is caring,kind,mature,honest,supportive and a responsible adult!
He remembers her ecstatic smile which HIS presence brings to her face!
The content she feels because he accompanies her to share a sweet moment of friendship!
Her words blurr the man he was seeing before and now he looks at another Adi through her eyes...and he likes this man! His grief diminishes,his hurt reduces and heaviness lifts from his shoulders! His heart is happier and content like never before!
Right now, what his eyes see,his brain tells & heart speaks are all contradictory..his eyes see both images,brain says first,heart says second! He is shuffling between the two images! But eventually the images have to unite and merge together, to make a whole Adi! Adi of the past,has to be accepted with his shortcomings but not the accusations that were levied on him..those are false and that is NOT how he is... He needs to see himself from Zoya's eyes, and accept it...not just for brief moments, but forever!
She needs to make him see his true self, make him realize how good he is to everyone, make him move ahead from the mistakes of the past!
And this is another kind of AgniPariksha that he and Zoya have to give! Another 'aag ka dariya jo doob ke jaana hai"..
He needs to believe he is NOT Puja's man but is Zoya's ADITYA HOODA.
He is not the Adi Puja did not have faith on, but he is THE ADI on whom Zoya can bet her soul upon!

PS: the 'aag ka dariya' symbolism couldn't be clearer! Zoya has to fight this battle to get her 'ishq'... And it will be Adi who will support her throughout!
Ps: What I also loved about this whole scene was, that Adi knows what zoya will do is a slightly uphill task because he too knows His mother doesn't like zoya..but still he encourages her to do her work!! He doesn't just let her accept defeat...she is a business woman and nothing should come in between her work...she doesn't like his mom, its ok! Treat her like a client! Just complete the work and let the work do the talking!
He really does have full faith in her abilities..
And in future when he really wants zoya to make a place in Anjan's heart as a bahu, he will support her! He will let her lead but he won't leave her alone..he will always be there with her!
I.loved this whole scenario so much!
PS: loved how Hooda brothers together decide to 'make a sad' face to lure Sakshi back...it was funny!
PS: the purpose of two icecreams for zoya was solely to keep both her hands occupied so that adi could feed her! It was cute...😆
PS: the episode was cute and I had a smile on my face throughout!! these days epi are going really smoothly! !Feels like calm before a storm!I wonder what would it be?
