I did not mind Narvekar being angry at Dhwani. According to his pov, Dhwani, Dev's intern, was disturbing him.

These days Mehak is feeling being taunt by everyone. Zohra Aapa said something about taking many things and Dhwani mentioning that camera thing. Dev is also questioning her.

Some persons are against the girl and some are with her. How to prove if she is a culprit or not?

About Mehak, I think she is becoming positive. Right now she only wants Dev. In the end she might die.
