This show can easily corporate the concept of divorce where a woman is entitled to 50% of everything.
In India, many women feel that they have to be in abusive relationships because her family would not take her back (societal views) and she has no where to go. With the concept of divorce in this show, they can show how nandini is strong enough to file for divorce and claim 50% of the total assets. It is a great story and a platform to express this concept.
However, I feel they may not use this to make her dependable on Mauli and Kunal. But that would be something I would want to see, especially being conveyed on Indian tv for the women that feel they have to suffer. It would be nice for them to learn that there are other options out there for them.
