Kabeer could be fighting for women's right in islam

Following is my take on the talaq track:

Thats a really good assumption but kabeers thinking is not like that .He believes more in the old ways where a woman's place is solely her home and taking care of his family . Doing what he orders without discussion his word is law 😕he refused to lead prayer when Zara won the case allowing women to pray at the masjid . Zara beat him in that case and he was furious!
I don't understand Hindi or Urdu and depend on written updates to understand the words but when you look back carefully I think this illegal instant talaq he performed was intentional knowing it's not valid he did it that way on purpose . Hghly doubt that it slipped his mind and he forgot t was Zara's main condition to not allow it during the nekah it's stated in the marriage contract that he can't divorce her in that way . I think it was a silent message in a way to Zara that it's a cover it's not valid as a final divorce. Because after all the pain and shock shown on her face as soon as she figured it out she was relieved and ran back to him . Zara is not weak and she vowed not to let anyone rule her life and she will fight . As soon as it clicked she understood and all those ideas went out the window and she rushed home not worrying about her respect or ego .
If you go back and watch Monday's episode focus more on everyone's eyes and body language pretty sure he suspects something and don't forget he catches and noticed many things and was very suspicious of his own father during the Ruksaar track .
I'm just starting to understand it so maybe wrong but strong feeling that he is quietly carrying out a plan he can't even share with Zara but the trust she has or had for him gave her strength to be patient and try to work things out. Her giving up and walking away at the hospital he wasn't expecting that and had to immediately try to fix it although he couldn't talk about what's really happening.
When he apologized to irfan it seemed very genuine he wasn't faking.

i too agree..this assumption would just take away from Kabir's character. I would like to story to reach at this point someday but not so abruptly..specially when he himself doesnt believe in equality and his reason to bring Zara home is just because she blamed him for not having fulfilled his responsibility. Had she not said this, he wouldnt have made an effort to bring her back home. All he has done is fulfill his responsibility till now.

From yesterday's episode most of us feel something is up maybe this or maybe he's getting behind Miraj and Nilo we just have to wait to know for sure what's really happening

It could also be that he found out that his dad wanted this marriage so he could be Shahar kazi, maybe he wants to become Kazi but on his own ability and not because he is the kazis son in law, so he may take the talak and become kazi and then remarry her ? Everything is so confusing right now, he still looks smitten by her and flirts with her but is quite adamant that the second talak will happen???? Very confusing.
