If Munim actually wants to separate the two then it means Mehek is actually loyal to Dev. Otherwise y wd he be insecure of their relationship
Frm wat I understand, she left chakarvuyh (maybe secretly protected Dev)!tried shooting Munim and doesn't noe abt his whereabouts henceforth. Also, she's helping to find his mother so Munim won't just sit n watch.
