TBH i really don't want NK continued from where it was left off...they butchered that...took away 10 precious years from AvNeil...I want to see after their suhaagrat where the story takes a different turn...i want to see Neil and Avni creating the perfect family...i want to see some cute moments between them..working through the pregnancy...and then slowly Avni learning that she's not bad luck or cursed...I want to see Avni working with Neil in the police station like he offered her...i want to see them raising Mishti as a family...wouldn't mind some more Vidyut drama as well... maybe even the return of Choohi... ya phir uski behen who wants revenge😆😆 whatever it is, I'll take it...but I really can't digest the 10 year leap...just tried rewatching the post-leap holi sequence of AvNeil and cried my eyes out...my whole face was wet from tears...and then I gave up and decided once again that I'm going to wipe the 10 year leap from my mind

yes the 10 year leap was shattering for us Avneil fans...Avni and Neil's relationship was at its best when they separated them...and gave them so much of pain. But as it's done already we fans had to live with it. But I've watched the last episode man times and after all the pain and suffering they endured it would have been great to see them remarry and some happy family episodes ...maybe Also another baby and Neil,rejoining the police...😊

But I don't even know how I feel about the last episode..mixed feelings..😕 because even till the very end, NEIL never himself stood up and said "I love Avni and i cannot marry you Mitali." imagine mitali hadn't let him go? then what? he would've married her?😕😭 Makes me sad to know that even the fact that they got together at the end is primarily due to Mitali...Neil didn't fight for them to be together😭
Remember pre-leap? There was a dialogue he said to avni: "You are my wifey aur main kissi aur se shaadi NAHI karne waala. Suna tumne? Bas."
Post leap he simply said "Theek hai avni, main Mitali se shaadi kar loonga...yehi meri sazaa hogi"
The difference between these two statements is exactly what the 10 year leap took away😭 Took away the essence of Neil and Avni😭

You know when the episodes were airing I was so upset with Neil...I couldn't understand how he could even think of marrying anyone else. And during our discussions here on the forum We even got into arguments about Neil and Avni..many of us hated the way he was treating Avni and most of the episodes were so painful to watch. I used to skip all the neil Mitali scenes ...I never watched the engagement scene until a few days ago. But after watching the last two episodes a few times I've realised what they were trying to show. Neil was always a good proud man. He stood for what was right and the truth always. He was also a strong man who wanted to protect his family. So when Avni left him he always felt it was becuade she didn't trust him enough to protect her and that it was unecessary pain that she caused him and he felt that her reason for leaving him was not valid as he felt that he could have protected the family from vidyut and that she didn't have to act great. So he was so angry with her. But as soon as he found out the truth ..thst she had a vAlid and important reason for leaving him he forgave her. But being the honest man and the man who always respected women..he knew that he couldn't just dump Mitali As he had made promises to her and he had to stand by it. Avni also asked him to marry Mitali after he found out the truth because both he and Avni had encouraged Mitali. Avni had asked Mitali to give Neil some happiness because Avni felt so guilty that Neil had suffered so much for 10 years due to her and Neil was so angry and hurt with Avni that he felt he needed to move on with Mitali. So both Avni and Neil knew that they had encouraged and lead Mitali on so that's why they felt it was wrong to break her heart. But in the last episode you could see that Neil couldn't go on with the wedding. He stopped at the pehres part ...he couldn't move. And he had become obsessed with Avni all over again. He was thinking about her all the time. So in the last two episodes we got our old Neil back...but obviously that doesn't make up for all the painful episodes we had to watch. But now I'm able to watch most of the post 10 year leap episodes. But yes that 10;year leap really shouldn't have happened. Avneil had such a beautiful love story ...

I know, and that's also one of the things I love about Neil. He was always steadfast about things he believed in. He clearly knew the difference between right and wrong. And that's what ultimately led him to this decision to marry Mitali as well. The logical side of me gets this, but the emotional side...GAH...I WISH he had fought for her..i really do...it breaks my heart that he didn't...i cant even put my thoughts into words as they are not coherent...I don't know..I just wish this whole thing hadn't even happened...this is the first time I've been so emotionally invested into a show..such that I haven't even been able to properly watch the post-leap 😭.. Mowgli bhi mujhe utna acha nahi lagta😭..and even the ending was so pheeka...just ended on a hug and thats it. There was so much left to be said...so many things to be heard..both of them were still broken...at least I felt that way...you don't just heal from 10 years of misery like that...that's why it breaks my heart to watch the post-leap stuff because the ending is sooo adhuraa...so much left to be shown...how can I get closure😭

yes if we saw a remarriage and some happy family scenes then it would have given us a little happiness. That's why twitter fandom is asking for just a few more episodes to satisfy us fans. 😭😭

Most other shows don't have such strong male and female leads who are playing such strong characters😳...Neil and Avni will forever be remembered 😳 and NK 2 toh DEFINITELY aayega...no doubt about it! Many shows have gotten season 2's because of popular demand on social media!
