I loved your story The Jaded Prince...this seems to be going that way..I get a feeling Maan will fall head over heels in love with Geet and be obsessed with her. Geet also appears nave and innocent and will be interesting to see how Maan takes her down the path of self-realization about her follies.

Geet chup chap khadi h diamonds ke beech...lost in her dreams...looking around...saleswoman kuch bole jaaye...dreaming...if Akhil would ever get anything for her

 

Maan snaps his fingers in front of her

 

M-GEET!

 

She jumps

 

G-Huh? Haan?

 

M-Daydreaming?

 

G-Yeah..no...

 

She shakes her head and fumbles on some jewelry

 

M- Kuch aaya pasand ki kahin aur jaana hai?

 

G- Nahi...emm..dekhte hain..wo..

 

Geet dekhne lagti hai

 

Usse pehle usne kuch dekha hi nahi

 

She is finding it hard to concentrate

 

She has loved Akhil without any expectation for 20 years in return she was always hurt; never felt loved...wanted or accepted

 

Maan is growing restless ki jaldi karo

 

Tab tak Maan chooses a pendant and shows it to her

Haatha-paayi ho gai buri wali

 

Dusre ladke ka elbow laga and Geet badly injured herself

 

Wo dura ladka nikal gaya aur Akhil Antara ke saath jhagda karne lag gaya

 

Geet fell on the road

 

Kisi ne usko notice nahi kiya

 

Maan Geet ko gadi mein baithakar le aaya, leaving Akhil there only

 

Geet ke face pe lag gai thi; par phir bhi wo Akhil Akhil' kare jaaye

 

Maan ne chabta mar dena tha agar muh par nahi lagi hoti to

 

Muh par lagi hai, phir bhi Akhil- Akhil' koi bhi irritate ho jaye

 

Maan starts driving towards the hospital

 

Geet ne kuch der baad kaha-

M-Kyun?

 

G-Akhil ko wahan kyun chod diya? How will he come? He mst be so depressed. Go back

 

M-He'll stay there. They'll make up

 

G-Tumhe kaha Akhil ne? Aisa nhi hua to? Let's ask him

 

M-Haan, usne kaha

 

G-Turn back

G-Par ye Akhil ki car hai...wo kaise ayega? Car wahan chod dete hain

Maan usse emergency room le gaya where he can get her wound properly cleaned and stitched

G-Shut up! Akhil ke baare mein kuch kaha to! You are just jealous of him

M-Yeah why argue... coz you feel like what I am saying might be true... isiliye you argue to convince me and to convince your self...you don't argue about gravity... but you do about Akhil...
