What did the ladka pay? All functions paid or arranged by Sonam ? Ladka usually pays for the reception

I dont know why people are thinking Sonam... hers wasnt a destination wedding with Firangi resort, right ? If a firangi resort is involved then it can be her honeymoon destination OR Anushka's wedding...

okay, read it again... It says when the firang resort sent the bill to the actress's parents, hence they got her friend to sponsor her reception...this fits for Virushka as her wedding was after a week or so post the destination wedding...

^^ But Anushka didn't do any "publicising of her wedding" in a fashion magazine, like Sonam. Plus, so many of her wedding pictures and videos were out on social media the day after. I don't think this blind fits anyone 😆

Kapoors are always known for mortgaging even their house to fund their movies. I don't think any of these people have a lot of money. Both Boney and Anil have run into debts a few times. Its a possibility that they couldn't afford the wedding in a foreign location. But there is also a possibility they genuinely wanted a low key wedding given the circumstances.

As far as best friend's hotel goes, they are best friends it could have been a wedding gift too. Who asks their friends to pay up anyways, that too best friend. 😆
