I think Yash will truly turn out to be how papa hooda described him!!

I think Yash was a two timing opportunist (or at least i'd like it to be shown that way!)

Waseem Siddiqui had some reasons due to which he didn't approve of Yash's relation with his daughter - obviously it wasn't religion as he clearly stated - so if yash was indeed a normal nice human, what could be the reason Siddiqui didn't like him - he couldn't see into the future now, could he!..so I guess he had his reason to believe that yash was no good of a guy and that yash indeed married zoya for her money -

Now after having met pooja who was also rolling in money, he decided to play nice with her to get money out of her ..

if the guy could have been cuddling in bed with his wife while impregnating another woman he really has to be an outright asshole ..so he just took advantage of pooja as well ..in order to get pooja to believe in him he signed divorce papers ..and took advantage of her phsycially as well..

now when pooja got to know of her pregnancy and figured out form the hospital that it was yash's baby, she told yash about it ..probably that's when yash's true colors came out in the open - he wouldn't accept the baby ..maybe they had a fight ..and in anger he was indirectly responsible for the accident!! ..

there was some reason senior hooda was hushing up the autopsy ..perhaps pooja had told him that she was pregnant with yash's baby and perhaps she had told him the whole truth about yash ..and had gone for that final confrontation ..when yash decided to end it all ..also some pages of the diary were ripped out - perhaps those were pages where pooja talked about her pregnancy and confessing it to papa hooda..

maybe it will so happen that what papa hooda said in the court was indeed true!

because the way the CVs are proceeding ..I really don't see how they can whitewash poosh's affair especially when it was more than just a fling and actually led to something bigger! ..who has unprotected sex anyway if it's an affair they are trying to hide?! ..that's just lame!

OMG this is actually possible 😲 can anyone say for sure that Papa Hooda was lying in court when we barely know anything about yash and yh wasim had a strong reason to dislike him religion wasn't the issue.

Maybe. But I have an issue with Pooja being absolved of all blame. In fact between the two I see less of a reason for her to cheat. Pooja says Adi is her friend but yet she couldn't understand that parties and events that brought him in close contact with his parents (who he didn't get along with) triggered him?

She probably should have spent more time trying to explain to her husband that he shouldn't throw a fit about his folks no matter what they faults if he's staying in their house and living off their money. Also, her being duped doesn't take away from the fact that she engaged in a physical relationship with another man and was quite possibly pregnant.

Both Yash and Pooja had legitimate issues with their marriages but lacked communication and good judgement. I actually think it will be better for neither one of them to be painted as outright jackasses. They made a colossal mistake and hurt their respective spouses terribly. But for Zoya and Aditya to truly move they need accept that their marriages were imperfect as were the people they were married to. They need to come to terms with all the issues and instead of papering the cracks, actually work to better themselves. People cheat...it happens to even the best of people out there - Nehru being a notable example. It does not make them bad people and it just makes the fundamentally and emotionally weak.

I think Waseem may have disliked Yash because he saw him as a wheeler dealer type of businessman who didn't have the acumen to run a successful business. He probably also didn't appreciate that the man was heavily in debt and had decided to run off with his daughter against his wishes.

yes, I can't imagine why Waseem would hate him ..I mean he gave zoya a palatial life!! ..what reason he had to hate yash ..other than knowing out of experience that yash was in only for the money! ..he just doesn't want to hurt zoya so he's not voicing that knowledge ..and he was never once disgusted with papa hooda's line of defense...perhaps because it was the truth!

I think Yash was a weak man, n the reason zoya's dad was against him might be because he had been able to judge yash, given that wasim is so old n had so much experience in life, i think he understood that yash was not strong enough to take care of his pampered n sheltered delicate sweet zoya n being dad of zoya he also knew zoya well so obviously he could predict that their marriage will not last long, n even if it did, they both will not be happy with each other
yash was indeed a weak man, instead of helping zoya become strong n help her grow, he just let her be
on the other hand aditya is always challenging zoya, which is helping her grow, become mature, independent n strong, even with this re-opening track, so aditya is good for zoya which yash was not
moreover even after challenging her aditya always comes in to rescue zoya if things go out of hand and saves her
but yash just decided on his own that zoya is very delicate n immmature n so will not be able to understand n support him
and i think papa hooda has also understood this by now

yes pooja is definitely to blame too ..even if yash turns out to be the jackass portrayed by hooda, it doesn't absolve pooja imo ..it takes two to tango and she was very much into him - which was bad enough! ..

I only feel that with zoya going so overboard with proving yash innocent, the CVs have a major shock in store for her ..and that shock can only come in the form of papa hooda's words being true ..

zoya and adi were not flawless but I don't like the idea of them learning of their flaws via the ema of their spouses ...that kind of indirectly guilts them and would make them feel that it was partly due to them that their spouses took that route ..and that is so not right ..had pooja and yash talked with their spouses about their issues and then had that communication fallen on deaf ears ..then it's probably fine ..but given zo and adi were clueless that their spouses had issues with them ..it just doesn't seem fair that they should guilt themselves and try to iron out the kinks that caused pooja and yash to leave them!

@TM- I like this theory. It would make sense. Wasim, who expect for the one time when he was trying to get Noor married, seems like a normal person. And yet he dislikes Yash. He always felt something off about him. This makes sense.
Though a murder mystery can add some more suspense.

quite possible ..but I just felt the way things were going and how overboard zoya was going ..that she was gonna use pooja's pregnancy to prove yash's innocence . that she's in for a major setback!
