I think the reason they are going slowly is because they do not want to upset Sudeep fans. I think or hope there are more to it, than what meet the eye and there are a lot of side of Krishna they will explore.
Main question is why Krishna is helping Nisha. It seem like he will double cross or he was never with her in the plan. Money can't be enough reason for a cop helping and it does not seem like he has any attractions or weakness toward Nisha. Even though I would have loved that. Reason: that would have made the whole thing more intense.
The creative could anytime dig something up from Krishna's past and start exploring this. I said it before and will say it again. Kunal Karan Kapoor is very talented. If the creative give him something to work on and give the character some depth and baggage. He can and will take the character beyond.
Question is if the makers are just going to make another revenge story. Nisha taking revenge. Manasi is a talented and very good actress, but not strong enough to carry a show by herself. At the other hand Kunal Karan Kapoor is. I am not saying it as his fan, but I know he can do it. The creative just need to start exploring his character and not just having him saying few lines and then go.
My opinion, they should do something about the three characters Nisha, Krishna and Jia.
Nisha should be obsessive about Krishna. Kind of start where the story started. She is a obsessive type. Krishna should have some weakness toward Nisha and there relationship very twisted. Later and as it seem now. Krishna should start feeling for Jia and be scared that she will find out the true about him.
In case Sudeep decide to be back. the whole thing will get even more spicy.
Kunal Karan Kapoor's strength lay in emotional and heavy scenes. So Krisha being in this situation will take the show to a whole new level.
There are so much they can do...
Not to hurt you guys but I really hope that soon, the story will really take off and the grieving track will be over.
I also hope they will stop with keeping Jiya weak and naive. Honestly I am so tired of weak women characters.
