Are Shenyang women open to date American men?

My friends from Europe once told me when were clubbing that Shenyang women are one of the best girlfriends. They bragged about how a Shenyang is as a wife too. They were talking about it for like two hours and I was just there, sitting and listening to them. At the back of my mind, I wondered if they are willing to date American men too. Is culture differences not a hindrance? Help me with this.
