i came to know that kumar sanu misbehaved when he didnt won award for ddlj and udit narayan got it since then kumar sanu was not in yash raj films and his song was deleted in the film dil toh pagal hai here it is ...unreleased song

Wasn't it said by Yash Chopra that they had around 50 tunes for DTPH?

This song has elements which can be heard in Pyar Kar. Almost as if it's a "demo".

But I don't understand how Kumar Sanu being upset with Filmfare would make him get blacklisted by YRF...???

The DTPH soundtrack only had Udit Narayan voicing SRK's songs (Hariharan of course sang the song in the opening credits but it's not lip-sunc by SRK).

I know the film was in the making from at least as early as 1995, so it went through many changes to keep up with the times - was this part of the reason they deleted the song?

Nice song

Thinking about the DTPH album now, i just dont think his song and voice would of suited the mood of the whole album IMO
