I like Sonam and will give her credit for what I think she deserves. She is hard working in many fields and got herself a name in fashion which her father's name would not have had an impact. She is outspoken, is a good businesswoman which she does not get enough credit for. She wants to be independent and make her own money unlike her lazy brother. I really like how she is not a diva, but a simple girl in love at heart with her hubby. But as an actress, her resume in thin with what could be counted as guest appearance especially when compared to Deepika who debuted on the same day. Whether through lack of experience or will Sonam is not gifted in acting. Anil is either delusional or father.

It's all a matter of perception imo. Why call him delusional when Sonam has given some really performances. And comparing her to Deepika when they don't have the same filmography lengh is not relevant even though they debuted on the same day.

For example my favourite Deepika's performance is Tamasha's and I had to watch Piku in multiple sittings because I didn't like her in it. But people say it's her best performance.

Likewise I didn't like Katrina is New York but people said she was great in it...

Regarding Sonam in 10 years she has more than 5 good performances. It's very good.

And referring to the lengh of a role isn't relevant. I think the most important thing is to deliver and have a pivotal role.

Is that the reason I liked it ? I didn't like her and still don't in IHLS.

Well I'll have an idea if I actually like her performance or not when I'll watch the movie.
