Just watched a small clip of RK from some ADHm IV where he said that he visits gyms after long durations & when he meets familiar faces they all say, "ohhh you've lost quite a lot of weight!" And he finds that irritating. 😆 So no. Nooo chance!

Hes an ectomorph I think. His parents have mentioned many times how he adores eating buttery meat/heavy meat dishes & he doesn't gain weight so if he doesn't increase his quantity of fatty food in his diet, he should be fine & maintain his weight. He's tall too so it doesn't look bad. His lean body helps in being a very good dancer too!

His mom Neetu was FAT during her days as young heroine. But now she's on a diet and fitness stuff. But fatness is in his family genes

He has a lean body type and is into sports. So if he continues doing some activity, he'll be fine.

I know he doesn't like to work out much though. I remember reading his trainer's interview about how he tries to leave the gym in 15 minutes. His trainer even mentioned how RK is such a good actor and makes up any random excuse to avoid the gym 😆😆

Doesn't he play soccer/football weekly?

With regards to metabolism when I see pics of my dad in his twenties and thirties he was so skinny and he didn't gym and ate a lot. But age catches up with everyone. His metabolism will slow down. In my dad's forties he went through an over weight stage but now he gyms regularly so he's got his weight under control.
