I came in Manyata's room only to see her sitting on her bed thinking something. And she has sadness written all over her face. I hate to see her sad.

Udayveer: Hey Princess!! What happened??

I asked sitting on the bed beside her. She sighed tensed.

Manyata: I don't know why but I am feeling as if someone is scheming against us. Someone who doesn't want me as Devgarh's and Jaigarh's Queen.

She said looking at me sadly. I know it can only be Jai. I was just going to say that when she cut me in between.

Manyata: And no it's not Jai.

She looked at me somewhat angrily. What?? She is defending Jai now??

Udayveer: How did you know that??

I asked her frowning. Why is she defending Jai?? What's wrong with her??

Manyata: Jai loves someone and she is planning to marry him after our marriage.

She said looking at me smiling. I looked at her stunned. When did all this happened? She is definitely hiding something.

Udayveer: Wait!! There is something we don't know right??

I asked her suspiciously. She grinned looking at me.

Manyata: Yes!! Jai accepted me as her elder sister and as Devgarh and Jaigarh's Queen.

She said looking at me excited. I smiled hearing her but suddenly I remembered what happened in the hall in morning today.

Udayveer: Then why was she behaving like that??

I asked her baffled. She smirked looking at me.

Manyata: I told her to. I have a feeling that some one from our family is involved.

She said gritting her teeth. Okay!! I felt that too. But if our family member is involved, is it right to involve someone else in this case?? I know how dangerous our family is. What if something bad happens??

Udayveer: God Princess!! This is bigger than we thought. Are you sure we should include Arjun and his team??

I asked looking at her confused. She sighed and smiled at me.

Manyata: Relax Uday. I know their Chief is a Royal himself so they won't disclose anything and they are intelligent. I can see that clearly. But we have to tell them everything.

She said looking at me seriously. I don't know if its a good idea. I know its Arjun's team but I can't trust everyone with our things. Its better to tell Arjun first. Then we will see about everyone else.

Udayveer: No!! Just tell everything to Arjun first. Then we will see what he says.

I told her sternly and she nodded in yes.

Manyata: Fine!! His wife Riya? She looked beautiful and innocent but her eyes were full of pain. She didn't look good.

Princess said looking somewhat sad. That's what I noticed before. Something is wrong with her. But I can't say anything. And even Arjun is blank sometimes.

Udayveer: I noticed that too. But I am sure Arjun will handle her.

I said to her smiling. I am sure if Arjun married her then he must know what he is doing.

Manyata: Even Arjun also looked blank sometimes.

She said pointing out what I saw in him before. But then I knew what's wrong with him.

Udayveer: Riya is his second wife. His first wife was murdered brutally in front of him. And he loved his first wife very much.

I told her and she looked at me startled.

Manyata: What!! And that girl Sakshi, she was saying that Riya is a cold blooded murderer??

She looked at me tensed. Well!! As far as I could see Sakshi liked Arjun herself. And to hear that the person you liked married someone else had to hurt her. But she said that just to spite Riya. And Riya is a police officer.

Udayveer: Riya is a police officer. What do you expect from her?? She killed mafia dons.

I said to her smiling proudly. I know not all the girls are as strong as Riya.

Manyata: By herself??

Manyata asked looking excited. I grinned looking at her.

Udayveer: As much as I heard she took Arjun's help. They killed the person who had killed Arjun's wife and Riya's family.

I told her smiling slightly. And she looked at me stunned. I know what she is thinking. That how could I know so much about them.

Manyata: How did you know all this??

She asked looking at me curiously. Well what to say. I am Udayveer Singh. I can find out about anyone if I want. When I heard that Arjun married Riya, I searched everything about her. I know everything about her and I am really proud of her.

Udayveer: You always forget who I am Princess.

I winked at her and she rolled her eyes at me.

Manyata: Oh yes Yuvraj Udayveer Singh. Nothing is hidden from you right??

She said looking at me teasing. I smiled at her nodding.

Udayveer: Absolutely.

We both laughed looking at each other but suddenly someone knocked at the door. Manyata looked at me tensed. I nodded at her in yes and she sighed.

Manyata: Come in.

She said softly and Jun came in with his wife. What are they doing here at this time?? They should have been asleep till now.

Udayveer: Jun?? Everything okay??

I asked looking at him tensed. They both are looking really serious. What happened??

Arjun: We want to talk to you about something.

He said without any expressions. I know this is something really serious.

Manyata: Sure!! Please have a seat.

Princess said with a tensed expressions on her face. Jun closed the door and then sat beside Riya on the couch.

Udayveer: What happened??

I asked him without any expressions. I don't want anyone to know how much stressed out I am. Cause I know if I am stressed then Princess will be stressed ten times more.

Riya: I noticed that your head servants don't like you. In fact they look at you as if they are disgusted.

Riya said looking at Princess seriously. I looked at her stunned. Is she even serious?? How is it possible?? Each and every servant of this palace adore Manyata.

Manyata: What?? Are you sure??

Manyata asked looking at Riya tensed. I know its hard to believe that the servants who wished Manyata to be returned can be the ones who are trying to harm her.

Riya: Hmm. I am sure. And yes we have to be extra alert.

Riya said looking at both of us sternly. Manyata stiffened hearing Riya.

Manyata: Do you want us to appoint more security??

She asked looking at Arjun and Riya . I don't know who is trying to harm Manyata, but I know that person is in this house right now.

Arjun: No. We don't want the person to be alert. But no one else should know that we are police officers.

Jun said looking at us sternly and we both nodded in yes. He is right!! If someone got to know that they are police officers then this can be a big scandal.

Manyata: Fine. We will take care of it.

Manyata said nodding sternly. Suddenly the door opened and we all looked at the door startled. Only some people can enter this room without knocking.

Jainandini: Jiji!!

I looked at the door only to see Jai peeping inside.

Manyata: Jai?? Everything OK??

Manyata asked from Jai tensed. Jai frowned and came inside closing the door. She sat beside Manyata on the bed. I looked towards Arjun and Riya only to see both of them looking at Jai skeptically.

Jainandini: Hmm. I just wanted to ask one thing.

Jai said looking at Manyata tensed. I am sure something is wrong. Jai and nervous??

Manyata: Come.

Manyata hugged Jai and Jai looked at Manyata as if she is afraid. But why??

Jainandini: Jiji?? You okay??

Jai asked looking at Manyata thoroughly. She knows something I am sure.

Manyata: What happened to me? I am perfectly fine.

Manyata said looking at Jai smiling. Suddenly we all heard Arjun's strict voice.

Arjun: What happened??

Jai stiffened hearing his voice and looked up shocked.

Jainandini: Dai Ma said that Jiji was very tensed and I should help her because she isn't able to solve her problem.

Jai said looking at Arjun gulping. But wait!! What problem?? I looked at Manyata frowning. Why didn't she tell me about it??

Manyata: Which problem??

Manyata looked at Jai confused. That means there is no problem here. So why did Dai Ma said that to Jai??

Jainandini: She said that she heard some people saying that you won't become the Queen.

Jai said to Manyata tensed and we all looked at her stunned.

Manyata: What!!

Manyata shouted bewildered. I can't believe Dai Ma said this. But why did she said all this??

Manyata: How did she know that??

Manyata asked tensed. Freak!! This is a brilliant question. How did Dai Ma knows that something is happening in our Estate. We definitely do not discuss our Estate matters with our servants.

Jainandini: Even I was confused. I thought may be you or Uday know something about what's going on.

Jai said looking at me baffled. Shit!! This means something else is going on here and we don't even know what's wrong.

Udayveer: Princess something big is going on here.

I said to Manyata and she stiffened. I know this Estate and its people means a lot to Manyata.

Riya: It feels as if there will be a rebellion against you Manyata.

Riya said looking at Manyata blankly. She can be right!! Someone is scheming against us.

Udayveer: She is right Princess. We have to suppress it even before anyone can start it.

I looked at her determined and she nodded with equal determination in her eyes.

Manyata: You are right Uday. Jai??

She nodded and looked at Jai.

Jainandini: Yes!!

Jai looked at Manyata curiously. I just hope Princess knew what she is doing.

Manyata: We have to make sure that no one will be the heir of this throne besides me.

Manyata said sternly and Jai nodded. I know what they are going to do. They are preparing Manyata's will that in case if she died this whole estate will belongs to the Government so that no one can torture her people for their benefits. I know if Jai signed her rights to Manyata then there will be no conquest for the estate.

Jainandini: Don't worry Jiji. I will call Mr. Sharma right now.

Jai nodded and went from there. I know Manyata trusts me but its better if she secure her estate's future now. I had already signed such papers last year.

Arjun: Who is this Mr. Sharma??

Arjun asked looking at us curiously. Oh yes!! He didn't know about Sharma Uncle.

Udayveer: Our family lawyer. He handles every legal matter of Devgarh and Jaigarh Estate.

I told him and he nodded relaxing somewhat.

Riya: Manyata??

Suddenly Riya called Manyata with a strange urgency in her voice. I looked at her only to see her looking at the door tensed. Now what happened??

Manyata: Hmm?

Manyata looked at Riya curiously. But I am more interested in knowing what she saw at the door.

Riya: Is your room soundproof??

She asked looking at Manyata tensed. Wait!! Why is she asking this??

Manyata: Yes why??

Manyata asked looking at Riya curiously.

Riya: There is someone outside your room.

She said softly and we all got up hearing her.

Manyata: Shit!!

Manyata swore and I looked at her baffled. She smiled nervously. Suddenly the door opened and Maharaj Ji came in.

Maharaj ji: Sir!! I just came to give the cold drinks.

He said indicating towards the drinks in his hand.

Manyata: Keep it on the table Maharaj Ji.

Manyata said sternly and he nodded.

Maharaj ji: Ok Yuvrani Sa.

He put the cold drinks on the table and went out. Jun closed the door again and looked at the cold drinks skeptically. Well we didn't call for cold drinks. Why did he bring these?? And how did he know that we are four people in this room??

Riya: Sakshi??

I heard Riya and looked up only to see Riya talking to Sakshi on phone.

Riya: Find out everything about this Maharaj and that Dai Ma.

She said sternly and nodded . Then she cut the call. I just hope everything can be sorted out as fast as possible. This is just getting on my nerves.

Arjun: Now let's go and sleep. Tomorrow is a big day.

Arjun said sighing tiredly. He is right. Tomorrow is our cocktail party.

Riya: Hmm.

Riya nodded and went out with Arjun behind her. I grabbed Manyata's hand and kissed her forehead lovingly.

Udayveer: Good night Princess.

I said to her softly and she smiled. This is the reason I live for. To make her smile.

Manyata: Good night.

We both hugged and then parted. I made her sleep then left her bedroom to go to my palace. I hate leaving her here alone. But I have to go.

We both came inside our room and I came to washroom to change my clothes. I am sure this Dai Ma and this Maharaj Ji is upto no good. Something is definitely wrong with them. I came out only to see Arjun sitting on the bed thinking something.

I sat on my side of the bed thinking about the things we are observing from the day we came here. I am sure Dai Ma doesn't like Manyata. But to harm someone you need a motive. What's her motive? I came out from my thoughts hearing Arjun's voice.

Arjun: What happened??

I looked at him only to see him looking at me curiously.

Riya: They are stalking us Arjun!!

I told him sighing tiredly. He nodded in yes.

Arjun: I know. But they are not doing this on their own. I am sure someone else is behind all this.

He said thinking about something. He is right. No servant can harm his own owner unless he is getting paid much more by someone else.

Riya: You are right. But who??

I looked at him frowning. This is the biggest mystery right now. Uday said that everyone loves Manyata in this house. And we didn't find anything inappropriate till now.

Suddenly someone knocked on the door. I looked at the clock and its already 11:30 pm. Who's here at this time?? I opened the door only to see Ayesha standing at the door tensed. What is she doing here?? That too at this time??

Riya: Ayesha??

I looked at her confused. Something is wrong with her. She is looking really tensed.

Ayesha: I want to talk to you.

She said nervously and I nodded at her.

Riya: Come in.

She came inside and I closed the door. Ayesha looked at Arjun and nodded at him.

Arjun: Do I have to go out??

Arjun asked looking at Ayesha curiously. I think she wants to talk about her problem.

Ayesha: No need. I just want to ask something from Riya.

Ayesha said to Arjun smiling awkwardly.

Arjun: Fine.

Arjun nodded and started doing something in his phone. Ayesha was going to say something when someone knocked the door again. I looked at Arjun and he is looking at the door irritated.

Arjun: Now what?? Is this a garden?? And is this the time to come here??

Arjun said looking at the door frustrated. I tried to control my smile. He is complaining like a child right now. But then we all heard Rathore sir's voice.

Rathore: Arjun. Open the door.

Rathore sir shouted from outside. I went towards the door and opened it.

Riya: Rathore sir??

I looked at him startled. Now what happened to him??

Rathore: I want to talk about something.

He said in a stern tone. I sighed feeling tired right now.

Arjun: Sure. Come in.

I said but he already came inside before that. I rolled my eyes and closed the door. I turned towards everyone only to see Arjun doing something on his phone, which I now realised is just a shooting game. And Rathore sir is looking at Ayesha baffled.

Rathore: Ayesha?? What's going on here??

Rathore sir asked looking at all of us skeptically. Now what to tell him when even we didn't know anything.

Ayesha: I came to ask something from Riya.

Ayesha said looking down nervously and Rathore sir nodded at me.

Riya: Ok. What do you want to ask Ayesha??

I ask sitting beside Ayesha on the couch and Rathore sir sat on the chair beside the bed.

Ayesha: What...What do you know about me??

Ayesha said looking at me somewhat scared. I somehow had the idea that she wanted to ask about this only. Well I know who she is. And why she came here.

Riya: Everything Ayesha.

I told her looking at her in the eyes. Her eyes filled with tears looking at me.

Ayesha: Everything??

She asked as if she wanted to confirm her doubts.

Riya: Yes.

I nodded and she looked at me as if she is going to cry any minute. God!! I don't want another crying session. I had already cried enough for today. I am not gonna cry anymore, at least not today.

Ayesha: About my aim too??

She asked taking a deep breath as if trying to control her tears.

Riya: Hmm.

I nodded at her. I know why she joined ETF. She is a strong girl and I know she will have what she wants.

Rathore: Aim?? What are you talking about Ayesha??

Rathore sir looked at both of us bewildered. I looked at Arjun and he is looking at both of us curiously. Now he left his game?? I looked at Ayesha and she is looking at me intently. I know why she came to meet me. She wanted to know about her target.

Riya: Your target is same as Sakshi.

I told her sternly and she looked at me perplexed.

Ayesha: You mean Adil Sheikh is the person??

She asked with wide eyes. Yes Adil Sheikh is the reason for her misery too.

Riya: Yes!! He is the one.

I told her nodding in yes and she sighed as if in defeat. I know she lost too much time but we can still save her.

Ayesha: What did he do with her??

She asked looking at me pleading. I don't know what happened with HER. But I know one thing that she is too intelligent to be handled like a simple girl.

Riya: She is fine Ayesha.

I said to her softly and she sighed relaxing somewhat.

Arjun: Who are you both talking about??

Arjun asked looking at me curiously. I looked at Ayesha in question. I won't tell anyone about her secret till she wants it. She nodded in yes and I smiled at her.

Riya: Ayesha's elder sister. Riddhi Kapoor.

I told both of them and Arjun looked at me baffled.

Arjun: What!! She was a crime journalist.

He said as if he is in shock. I know everyone think that she is dead. But she is not dead.

Riya: Yes. She is alive.

I told them and they both looked at me in horror.

Rathore: Freak. And you know that??

Rathore sir said looking at Ayesha perplexed. I know he cares for Ayesha a lot. Even more than a colleague. I know that they both think each other as friends. But their eyes shows something else. They care for each other more than a friend. But its as if they both are scared.

Ayesha: Yes. I came here just to find her.

Ayesha said looking at Rathore Sir nervously. Then she looked at me as if she is determined.

Ayesha: Where will we get this Adil Sheikh??

She asked gritting her teeth angrily. I know she is angry but she has to hold herself back right now.

Riya: He is in hiding. But we will try to find out. But after this case Ayesha.

I looked at her in warning and she sighed in defeat. I know what she wanted to do. But Adil Sheikh is not a simple goon. He is a powerful business man with mafia connection. Its not easy to catch him.

Ayesha: Thanks Riya.

Ayesha said looking at me with tears and hugged me.

Riya: No need.

I smiled at her breaking the hug. Suddenly we all heard Arjun's voice and looked towards him.

Arjun: Now why do you come here??

He asked looking at Rathore sir enquiring. Rathore sir looked at me as if he is disappointed. Now what happened to him??

Rathore: Riya!! Shree hacked your laptop.

He said looking at me sternly. Oh!! Wait!! Shree hacked my laptop?? HOW DARE HE?? He is a gone case now. No one can save him from me.

Riya: What!! I will kill him.

I got up angrily and was just going out when Rathore sir stopped me by grabbing my hand.

Rathore: It was my orders Riya. I want to know what you were doing and guess what??

He looked at me as if he is ready to murder me. I know what he found out. I sighed and sat down on the bed beside Arjun.

Riya: You got to know about my project??

I looked at Rathore sir an Arjun snorted from beside me. Can I kill him please??

Rathore: I did.

Rathore sir looked at me sternly. I know he is annoyed with me but can't he see that this project is important. He sighed and sat in front of me.

Rathore: Riya you don't have the authority to do this. But I have.

He looked at me smirking. Oh freak!! That means he is ready to handle this project??

Riya: Sir??

I looked at him excited. He smiled at me.

Rathore: ETF will handle this project. But don't do anything rash.

He looked at me in warning. Well he doesn't have to warn me. I had already dropped the idea. But I wanted to do this project so I was trying to bring this project in ETF. But I don't have to do anything now.

Riya: I had already dropped the idea but if this is coming to ETF legally. Then why not??

I looked at him smirking and he shook his head exasperated. But how can Shree hack my laptop?? He has to know that he can't just hack my accounts.

Riya: But Shree had to know his limits.

I gritted my teeth angrily. That man is a gone case now.

Rathore: Riya!!

Rathore sir looked at me suspicious. What did he take me for?? I am not a criminal, I am a cop.

Riya: Don't worry sir. I won't kill your technical expert.

I said to him rolling my eyes and he relaxed. Wow!! He really thought I would kill Shree??

Ayesha: I will take your leave now. Good night.

Ayesha said getting up and we all nodded at her.

Rathore: Good night Ayesha.

Rathore sir said to Ayesha smiling. I can clearly see his eyes softening. I know he likes Ayesha. Ayesha went to her room closing the door. Rathore sir is still looking at the door.

Riya: When will you tell her??

I asked him and he looked at me startled.

Rathore: What??

He asked looking at me in confusion.

Riya: That you like her??

I said to him raising my eyebrows. He looked at me stunned. Then glared at Arjun.

Arjun: What?? I didn't say anything.

Arjun looked at Rathore sir innocently. I grinned looking at both of them. Suddenly I remembered about the CD Rosh left for him.

Riya: Anyways I have a gift for you.

I said to him smiling softly.

Rathore: Gift?? What gift??

He looked at me confused. I don't know what Rosh recorded for Rathore sir but I know it will help him to move on.

Riya: After this case.

I shrugged and went to open the windows. I hate sleeping with closed windows.

Rathore: Fine. Good night.

Rathore sir went to his room and I slept on my side of the bed. God knows what's in store for us ahead but I know everything will be fine.

I got up feeling some sound on my ears. This sound is awfully similar to heartbeats. What the hell!! I opened my eyes and tried to get up only to be restricted by a strong hand on my waist. I looked up shocked only to see my head on Arjun's chest. Shit!! How did that happened??

I removed his hand from my waist and looked up at him. I remembered how he stopped me from going on the mission. Automatically a smile came on my face. I know he cares a lot but last night his eyes were furious. I have never saw him this angry besides the day when I got to know about Roshni accidentally. I laughed silently looking at how he is sleeping. God!! he sleeps like a baby. No one can even imagine that this man can be someone's worst nightmare if he wants.

I looked at the time and its already 6 am. Well I don't think I will sleep again so its better to wake up. I went to freshen up and get ready. I came out only to see Arjun still sleeping. I don't feel like waking him up and looks like someone else is up too. Because there is some noise outside. I shrugged and went outside closing the door behind me.

Well the servants are moving here and there preparing tea and breakfast. Hmm, looks like everyone here wake up early. I went out to the garden to see Sakshi sitting there. I went towards her and sat on the swing beside her . I know she is thinking about her Baba.

Sakshi: What do you think we should do??

She asked looking at me tensed. I know its not easy to let go of your aim even if it is for some time. But we are officers, we have to put public need before ours. Just like these royal people.

Riya: Not now Sakshi. Solve this case first. Then we will give all of our attention to Adil Sheikh.

I said to her strictly. She sighed and looked down sadly. We sat like this for sometime.

Sakshi: My Baba needs medical attention and I can't bring him out.

Sakshi looked at me in tears. I know that but we can't bring him out because his life is still in danger. But we can provide better medical attention to her father.

Riya: Relax Sakshi. He will be fine.

I said to her putting my hand on her shoulder. She nodded and sighed finally relaxing. Suddenly we both saw a car coming inside the palace. Hmm, Jaguar?? Nice model!!

Udayveer came out of the car like a prince. Well technically he is a prince. So I think its common for him to live like royals. As far as I know Rathore sir is a royal too. How does he live in such simplicity??

Udayveer: Hey girls!!

Uday waved coming towards us. Well what is he doing here?? And that too at this time??

Riya: What are you doing here?? At this time??

I asked him raising my eyebrow. He smirked at me.

Udayveer: What to do?? I can't stay away from my princess. I came here to wake her up.

He said winking at me. He comes here everyday?? Just to wake Manyata?? Seriously!! He is whipped.

Sakshi: Oh!! Personal alarm.

Sakshi said looking at Uday teasingly. Uday looked at her smiling.

Udayveer: You can say that.

He said softly then looked at me with mischievous eyes. Something is definitely cooking in his brain. But what??

Udayveer: Bhabhi Sa!!

He called looking at me with a naughty glint in his eyes. Wait!! He is calling me Bhabhi Sa?? How weird!!

Riya: Me??

I looked at him awkwardly. I am not used to people calling me this.

Udayveer: One minute??

He said indicating towards the secluded area. I sighed and went behind him. Now what happened to him??

Riya: What happened Uday?? Everything fine??

I asked him somewhat tensed. I just hope everything is fine.

Udayveer: You are looking different today. What did Jun do in one night??

He whispered and looked at me teasingly. Oh god!! He has gone mad. What the hell!!

Riya: You know something??

I said to him smiling sweetly and he looked at me confused.

Riya: You can be Yuvraj of Jaigarh but I am still a police officer.

I said to him in a warning manner and glared at him. He looked at me stunned for some time then smiled nervously.

Udayveer: Okay. No need to be angry. I was just teasing.

He said grinning and I shook my head at him exasperated.

Udayveer: Anyways stay like this only. Always smiling. You look good like this.

He said smiling genuinely. I know he cares for Arjun a lot and as I am Arjun's wife so automatically he will care for me too. Its so weird that I lost my family but with time I am getting an entirely new family and friends.

Riya: Thank you. Now go your Princess will be waiting for you.

I said to him indicating towards the front door of the palace.

Udayveer: Oh yes!! Bye!!

He shouted and ran towards the palace. I shook my head and went to sit near Sakshi again, and Ayesha too came there. We all talked about how we came in police force. I am really interested in knowing how come Sakshi came into ETF. As she is just a crime reporter.

I got up feeling rested for the first time in last 3 years. Interesting!! I looked here and there only to see the room empty. Where is Riya?? I looked at the clock and its only 7:30 am now. Riya is up this early?? Is she okay?? What happened to her? May be she is in washroom?

Arjun: Riya??

I shouted her name but there is no response. I opened the door but the washroom is empty. Where did she go??

Arjun: What the hell!! Where did she go??

I muttered under my breath. She doesn't wake up this early. Suddenly someone knocked at my door. Now who is here at this time?? I am sure its not Riya, as she will never knock to come in the room.

Arjun: Come in.

I said looking at the door in confusion only to see Rathore coming inside. Now why is he here??

Arjun: Rathore?? What are you doing here??

I asked him looking at him confused.

Rathore: Riya said to wake you up.

He said looking at me as if he is nervous. Seriously?? Sameer Rathore and nervous? Must be a strange day today. First Riya and now Rathore. And wait!! Riya told him to wake me up? That means she met Rathore already? Where is she?

Arjun: Where is she?? She doesn't normally wake up this early.

I asked looking at Rathore baffled. He smiled slightly.

Rathore: She is out with Sakshi and Ayesha.

He said indicating towards the window which opens with the view of garden.

Arjun: Oh. Okay.

I nodded at him but he is still standing as if he wants to say something.

Arjun: Any new lead??

I asked him curiously. He looked at me startled as if he was thinking something.

Rathore: I didn't ask Sakshi. We will talk to her. First you go and get ready.

He said somewhat nervously. God!! What happened to Rathore? Why is he behaving like a newly wedded bride??

Arjun: Hmm.

I nodded and was just taking out my clothes from my wardrobe when I heard Rathore's voice.

Rathore: Arjun??

He called softly. I stiffened hearing my name from him after so long. Now I know why he was nervous. He wanted to say sorry. But can a sorry erase all the hurt I felt?? Can I really forgive him? I know he is not actually at fault. But I was not at fault too. Why did I get the punishment then?? I know he suffered too but he left me when I needed him the most. He refused to believe me when I wanted a person to be with me. I said leave me, and he left. Just like that?? I turned and looked at him with blank eyes. He flinched but then looked at me determined.

Rathore: Good morning.

He said smiling slightly. I turned around not wanting him to see what he did right now. I closed my eyes feeling myself mellowing down. His guilt and hurt is clearly visible in his eyes. Its not easy to forgive him, but I can't live my whole life like this, hating him for leaving me. I can see he is feeling guilty.

Arjun: Morning Sameer.

I said softly and went to washroom. I know he will understand that I will take some more time. Because I never called him Sameer. I have always called him Sam. Same as he always called me Juno.

I came out wearing my pants and looked in the wardrobe for my favorite black shirt. I loved that shirt and today I will only wear that shirt. That was the first shirt I purchased with my first salary.

I heard the door opened but I didn't noticed who is here. I just want my black shirt and thats it. But its nowhere to be found. I remember I kept it in the wardrobe. Where is it. I came out from the wardrobe and started pacing in the room.

Riya: What happened?? Why are you roaming around like this??

I looked up hearing Riya's voice only to see her looking here and there. Now what?? Oh!! I looked at myself to see I was only wearing my pants. May be she saw my shirt??

Arjun: I want my black shirt. And its nowhere.

I looked at her tensed and she looked at me stunned. What??

Riya: Black shirt??

She asked looking at me nervously. I am sure she saw that shirt.

Arjun: What happened??

I asked her looking at her suspiciously and she gulped as if nervous.

Riya: Nothing. I just...

She started saying looking here and there. What the hell!! What did she do??

Arjun: What happened to it Riya??

I looked at her sternly and she looked at me smiling nervously. She went towards the washroom. Wait!! Its in washroom?? But I didn't see it. I went behind her and she indicated towards the pipe. Ok!! I can see it's leaking and she tied something to stop it. Well it looks like a black cloth. Then I looked at the cloth in shock. Freaking hell!! Its my shirt.

Arjun: What the hell Riya. Its my favorite shirt.

I shouted at her and she flinched but then she glared at me.

Riya: I didn't know that. And the pipe was leaking badly. So ...

She started giving explanation. How can she do that?? Can't she get anything else??

Arjun: So you tied it on the pipe?? Damn Riya. What the hell do I wear now??

I looked at her panicked. I want that shirt at any cost. She rolled her eyes and went towards the wardrobe.

Riya: Arjun. Stop whining like a kid. You have almost 30 more shirts. Wear anyone.

She said looking at the shirts. No way in hell. I want to wear my black shirt only.

Arjun: But this was my favorite.

I said looking at my black shirt with pity. Why did she do it?? Oh god!! Why did I have to marry her?? She tortured my favorite shirt.

Riya: What the hell Arjun!! Leave it and wear this.

Riya said showing a brown shirt to me. I rolled my eyes and snatched the shirt from her. I grabbed the brown shirt and went to the washroom. I removed my black shirt from the pipe and tied the brown one on it.

Arjun: No way I only want this.

I said looking at my black shirt in pity. I just hope it can become like before. I turned around only to see Riya pointing her gun at me. What the hell!!

Riya: Move.

She said pointing towards the washroom door and snatched my shirt from my hands.

Arjun: RIYA!!

I shouted trying to snatch the shirt back but she removed the shirt away from my reach.

Riya: I said move Arjun.

She shouted and I came out from the washroom. This woman is really mad. She will shoot me just because I want to wear my favorite shirt??

Arjun: You will shoot me??

I looked at her shocked. She rolled her eyes as if I am talking nonsense.

Riya: No. How can I do that.

She asked smiling at me sweetly. I am sure she is upto something. I just hope it doesn't include my dear shirt. I looked at her in horror when I saw what she is doing. She grabbed the shirt in front of her and shot the bullet. The bullet pierced the shirt and I looked at my shirt in horror.

Arjun: What the hell Riya!!

I shouted and snatched my shirt from her hands. What the hell!! She killed my shirt. I will kill her.

Riya: Now wear it and be happy.

She smiled and left from the room. I sat on the bed stunned and grabbed my shirt with tears in my eyes. How can she do that?? Did she has no emotions?? This was my first shirt from my salary. This was my favorite shirt and she killed it? How devilish.

I sat in the swing looking at my team talking to each other as if they are on a vacation. They always enjoy everything and I hope they can remain like this always. I have lost myself in this job so much that now if I want to search the Sameer Rathore I was before, I know I will fail miserably.

I felt the swing move. I looked beside me only to see Udayveer sitting beside me. Now what does he wants??

Udayveer: What happened Sameer?? What are you doing here??

He asked looking at me intently. I really felt unnerved in his presence. His eyes are as if he knows everything. As if he knows what I am thinking. Did Arjun tell him everything??

Rathore: Just thinking about something.

I said shrugging nonchalantly. I don't know what to say to him. For me he is practically a stranger.

Udayveer: Like how to kill me??

He asked looking at me smirking. I sighed looking at him confused. What does he mean by that??

Rathore: Why would I do that??

I asked him raising my eyebrows at him. He is really weird.

Udayveer: Well the way you were glaring at me yesterday, when I called Arjun as Jun, I felt as if I am gonna be six feet under.

He said smiling as if he knew what I was thinking at that time. I hated what me and Arjun became. I hated when we call each other Rathore and Rawte. It hurts to hear Rathore from his lips. But I can't do anything.

Rathore: You won't understand Udayveer.

I said to him and looked ahead. I don't want to tell anyone how I feel. This is only Arjun's right. But I lost the right to talk to him.

Udayveer: Yes you are right. I can't understand how you can leave Jun when he needed you the most. I know no one believed Jun, but you betrayed him too, by not believing him. Your friendship was that weak??

Uday looked at me somewhat angrily. I looked at him stunned. So he knows about us. Looks like Arjun didn't hide anything from Uday. I know I did wrong with Arjun, but I was not in the right frame of mind. And why did he even went to that place alone when I warned him to stay where he is.

Rathore: I was Roshni's friend too. I told Arjun to wait for us. If only he waited for us that day, then Rosh would have been here with us.

I looked at him with tears in my eyes. I hate myself too. I hate it that Arjun didn't wait for me. I hated that I couldn't help Arjun. I hated that Roshni had to die just because of our work. But now I know she died because of someone's obsession.

Udayveer: Okay. Then where will Riya would have been??

He asked looking ahead and I looked at him tensed. May be her family would have been alive too. May be she would have been with someone who truly loved her. Not with Arjun who didn't even look at her.

Udayveer: You still didn't understand Sameer.

Uday said looking at me as if he pitied me. What the hell did he want to say??

Rathore: What??

I asked him sternly. He smiled looking at me.

I looked at him stunned. I have never thought like that. May be he is right. But he said all this as if he is very sure. But how??

She said sitting on the chair beside Manyata.

Uday looked at her baffled. But then he tensed thinking something.

He got up ready to leave but suddenly Riya shouted.

She said and got up looking at Uday sternly. Now what happened to her?? We all looked at her confused.

Riya: Rathore sir?? Please!!

She looked at me pleading. Okay. She wants me to go to him??

Rathore: Fine.

I sighed and went to his room. I opened the door of his room only to see Arjun sitting on the bed clutching a shirt with tears in his eyes as if someone is dead.

Rathore: Arjun?? What happened??

I went to him and sat beside him. He looked at me as if he is miserable. What happened to him?? I looked at him questioning and he forwarded the shirt to me.

Rathore: What's this??

I looked at the shirt confused. Whose shirt is this?? Wait!! I have seen this shirt.

Arjun: Riya!!

He said in a soft voice. I frowned looking at the shirt. What's her connection with this shirt?? I am totally confused right now.

Arjun: She killed my favourite shirt. What will I wear now.

He shouted and I looked at him stunned. She killed his favorite shirt?? That's why he was crying?? And for god sake!! How can someone kill a shirt?? Riya was right. He has gone mad.

Rathore: For god sake Arjun, wear any other shirt.

I looked at him perplexed. I know Arjun has mood swings some times but this Arjun in front of me was missing from last 3 years. I felt someone snatch the shirt from me. I looked up only to see Riya glaring at Arjun.

Arjun: What??

Arjun looked at the shirt and then Riya pleading and she rolled her eyes. She opened the wardrobe and threw the shirt inside. Arjun tried to ran towards her but I grabbed him. He has gone mad. What the hell is he doing??

Arjun: Leave me. I said leave me. I will report you both to police.

He said looking at me in warning and I looked at him amused. Is he even in his senses?? Riya came out with a maroon colored shirt.

Riya: For your kind information ACP Rawte, we are police.

She said forwarding the shirt to him. He snatched the shirt from her glaring at her and threw the shirt at the bed angrily.

Arjun: Damn. I am not wearing this shirt. I want my favorite one.

He said looking at Riya in warning. I must say Riya is handling this matter much better. Someone else would have been six feet under right now looking at Arjun's glare. But seriously I want to laugh right now.

Riya: Did you by chance hit your head somewhere?? What the hell are you doing Arjun. Wear this shirt or else.

Riya said picking up the shirt from the bed again and forwarded toward him.

Arjun: Or else what??

He looked at her challenging. She smirked and looked at me.

Riya: Rathore sir grab him.

She shouted and I grabbed both the hands of Arjun. Arjun tried to remove my hands but I tighten my hold more.

Arjun: Leave me Sam. Please. She will make me wear this idiotic shirt.

He said looking at me pleading but I made him wear that maroon shirt with Riya. God!! he is so idiot. What's wrong in wearing this shirt. Now I realised what's wrong. This black shirt is the same which Arjun once wore for whole 15 days. And Rosh had to threaten him to leave his house if he didn't remove this shirt.

Riya: Thank you.

Riya said looking at me smiling and I nodded at her.

Arjun: I won't talk to you both.

He said annoyed and left the room huffing. We both looked at him stunned.

Riya: What happened to him?? Has he gone mad??

Riya asked looking at me perplexed. Well what to tell her!! This black shirt is his favorite. I looked at the shirt only to see a bullet hole in the shirt. What the!! How did that?? Wait!! Arjun said Riya killed his shirt. That means she fired the bullet in the shirt?? I started laughing looking at the shirt.

Riya: You are laughing??

Riya asked looking at me as if I have gone mad. What a pair they both are. Uday was right. Arjun and Riya are made for each other. Only they both can handle each other's madness.

Rathore: What is this Riya??

I asked her looking at the hole in the shirt amused. She looked here and there sheepishly.

Riya: He was not leaving it. I was frustrated. I can't shoot at him, so I shot at the shirt.

She said shrugging as if its no big deal. Oh god!! They both are too much.

Rathore: You both are too much. Seriously.

I shook my head and laughed looking at the shirt and she ran out from the room.

I looked at Uday and he winked at me grinning. I nodded at him in yes and both Manyata and Riya looked at us confused. Everyone left the dance floor and only Uday and Manyata was in dance floor besides us.

She sang smiling softly. I pulled her towards me grabbing her waist and she put her arms around my neck.

We both swayed at the tune. She stroked my hairs and I closed my eyes feeling peace.

Suddenly Riya looked behind me in horror. She ran towards Uday and I looked at her startled. Suddenly we all heard the gunshot.

Riya: UDAYVEER!!

Riya shouted and both Riya and Uday fell down. I felt my breath stop for the minute. I looked towards the door and no one was there.

Arjun: What the hell!!

I went towards Uday only to see him getting up startled.

Manyata: Uday?? You OK??

Manyata said hugging Uday crying. But right now I have only one tension. Where the hell is Riya?? She is not here.

Rathore: Who shot at him??

Rathore shouted looking at everyone angrily. This is it!! I can't find her.

Arjun: Where is Riya??

I shouted at everyone and they all looked at me baffled. Rathore looked everywhere suddenly Sakshi shouted tensed.

Sakshi: And Ayesha??

She said and now we understood what happened. They both ran behind the person who shot at Uday. I looked at Sameer only to see him looking at me frustrated.

Rathore: Damn it. What's wrong with these girls??

He cursed aloud and everyone gasped hearing such language. I shook my head at them. We are normal people.

We all went to the study room of the palace and instructed to everyone to continue the party.

Suddenly both Riya and Ayesha came back with a man and threw him at Uday's feet. Manyata and everyone looked at him shocked. But Uday looked as if its nothing big. Something is going on here. Why is Uday so relaxed as if nothing happened??

Manyata: Akash??

Manyata shouted looking at the man horrified.

Rathore: Your ex-boyfriend??

Rathore asked looking at Manyata sternly and she nodded. Ex-boyfriend??

Manyata: Hmm.

Manyata nodded and then glared at Akash. She grabbed him by the collar and made him stand on his feet.

Udayveer: Princess!!

Uday grabbed Manyata and pulled her back to him. Now he reacts?? I am almost 90% sure that this all is Uday's plan.

Manyata: How can you do this??

Manyata asked looking at Akash disgusted.

Akash: I love you Manyata and if I have to kill this man to make you mine then I will do that.

He said moving towards Uday angrily but Manyata slapped him hard. Love?? What an idiot person. Does he even knows what love is??

Arjun: Love?? Really??

I asked him sarcastically. Suddenly Riya started speaking.

Riya: Love is not a thing that you can acquire, love means to set someone free, to give your love the freedom to choose what he or she wants. To give her your support whether she chooses you or not. What you are doing is not love. It is called madness and obsession. Love frees you from all the ties. It doesn't binds you.

She said with some strange expressions in her eyes. She expressed love so beautifully. But one sentence remains in my mind and struck me hard. Love frees you from all the ties. She is right. Manyata said with a determination and its as if I came out of my trance. I felt as if something important happened but what?? I am feeling a strange peace in my heart as if I have started healing.

Jainandini: But why and how did you steal the crown??

Suddenly Jai asked and I came back to the case. I am sure this person can't steal the crown as Uday is looking at Akash with a bored expressions. I know this Akash is framed by Uday.

Akash looked at Jai as if she has gone mad.

Manyata asked looking at Akash as if she is ready to murder him and Uday smirked at Akash. I know Uday is not all good. He is a devil if you cross him. And that's what he is doing right now with Akash.

Akash: Hey I didn't do that. I don't even know where you all keep it.

Akash said looking at Manyata baffled. Manyata stiffened and indicated the guard towards someone. Local police came inside the study room.

Manyata: Arrest him!!

She said pointing towards Akash.

Akash: But...

Akash looked at Manyata in horror.

Manyata: For attempted murder at Yuvraj Udayveer Singh.

Manyata said gritting her teeth and Akash looked down as he is really guilty for it.

Rathore: I am sure he will start telling the truth once he gets third degree torture.

Rathore said to the inspector and he nodded at us. The policemen took Akash out and Manyata hugged Uday. I looked at Uday raising my eyebrow.

Udayveer: Akash is not the real culprit Jun.

Uday said breaking the hug after sometime and everyone looked at him stunned.

Arjun: We know that Veer.

I told him in a bored voice. Manyata looked at both of us stunned.

Manyata: Then why did you...

Manyata started asking when Rathore said in between.

Rathore: It was important so that the real culprit can think that everything is okay.

I looked at him and he is looking at Manyata with a smile. She sighed as if irritated.

Jainandini: Smart move!!

Jainandini looked at Uday smirking and he nodded at her.

Jainandini: Now what we have to do.

She asked looking at us.

Arjun: Behave as if everything is okay. Let's go down and enjoy. He or She won't attack today.

I shrugged nonchalantly. I know Dai Ma will tell the person that everything is okay.

Manyata: Right!!

Manyata nodded and we all went downstairs.
