First of all being a civilian she has no business in CBI investigation given she has personal vendetta against the accused. Rather than investigate the truth he wants to prove a theory. He is fabricating evidence to trap AdiYa and that will more likely lead to suspension than him getting a recognition if proved which am sure Papa Hooda can and even Sakshi can testify that it was PooSh who were having an affair and AdiYa had probably not met before PooSh died. How could AdiYa even conspire a murder? This alone is enough to shoot Rajveer's case down.
