Pr is usually the one who manages how the celebrity is connected to the world. For eg: PRs handles the social media accounts of the celebrities and post pictures according to different seasons. They make sure good pictures and well captioned non controversial but eye catching and trending-potential ones are posted.

PR are also the ones who arrange the dates of the celebrities..like when they are avaliable for any particular event.

In film industry PRs are approached 1st to know about whether the celebrity is avaliable but if PH knows the actor they can directly talk to the celebrity but if it is a staff of the team approaching then they will have to contact the PR.

Some PR also lets knows of new projects happening around and if the actor wants to take it up, it is the PR who contacts the concerned for the project and thus links up the actor and ph.

These are the duties of PR which I am aware of😆

The PR doesn't seem to be doing much for Aditi! Based on the news on the forum Aditi has not really done any events/endorsement/appearances in her career thus far...whereas Zain even during NK has done photoshoots , small events, appearances etc

..but I guess it also depends on what the celebrity wants to do also! As much as I'm craving to see more of Aditi , it's good if she takes time off to work on rejuvenating herself and taking her time to pick up a good role. But after NK has ended I really miss Aditi...hope to see her back as soon as possible!

This PR job sounds very interesting😆 basically their job is to promote the celebs and get good work for them. Zain is most of the times busy but I doubt if they have done much for Aditi😕
