i would like to know wt proper proofs would rajveer have to present in court for AdiYa if they would not have run away. the pic of poojas mom with yash n pooja is enough to prove tht both knew each other

Anyway i find the marriage track illogical. yash pooja case was a high profile case. everyone knew aditya was married to pooja. then how did they think the viranis would believe Adiya are married. they are not some foreigners new to the news n current affairs around them. who in their right minds would think to show themselves as married in this situation. A little search would have revealed everything . i found this entire marriage track stupid just made for trp sake to show few marriage moments between AdiYa

But when coming to Hindu marriage there are 7 type of marriage of which brahma vivaha is considered to be the most ausipicious where bride is given away in marriage by her father to a groom accepted by her and follows all rituals of saptapadi. But Hinduism also accepts gandharva vivah where bride and groom just exchange garlands with nature as their witness. As per hindu shastras exchanging garlands with free will is also accepted marriage though not ideal one. So it depends on what kind of emotion adi and zoya attach to that garland exchange will define what meaning they are giving to their relation and trust and respect associated with it.
